We have now used Nik Shehu for two transactions on our homes and plan to continue working with him on any other buying or selling properties in and around the Bastrop area.

We sold a rental a couple of years ago using Nik as our realtor and he continued to maintain a relationship with my husband and I throughout the years. From checking in on us to sending us Christmas cards. It didn’t seem pushy, overly aggressive or intrusive. Nik and his team have always been very professional, respectful, and considerate.

Nik helped us buy a new house we were interested in. He worked with the builder and got us a better deal than we were able to get on our own! We were buying the house remotely and he worked with the builder and inspector to make sure we could maximize our limited time during a visit to Bastrop. I wouldn’t use anyone else to buy or sell a home in the area. Nik and his team are great to work with! I’ve used them twice now. They are extremely professional, and on top of all things related to closing on a home. The escrow manager at the title company actually thanked them for having everything in the contract buttoned up in a timely manner. He made a special trip all the way out to pflugerville on a Sunday to show us a house we were interested in, and ultimately bought. As a follow-up to my earlier post from ~ a year ago, Nik and his team did exactly what they said they could. They sold the 2nd piece of family property outside of Lockhart even before it was listed. The price was fair to both seller and buyer making it a great business transaction for both parties. The sale of our aunt’s property enabled us to transition her to assisted living and further professional help as her health declines.
The 3rd property Nik & his team marketed for us was our personal home in Bastrop of 28 years. Nik initially posted it for sale just at the tail end of the selling frenzy last summer and promptly had a contract. Unfortunately, the buyers withdrew because of interest rates rising. Nonetheless, he re-listed our home at a new market price and again we received an excellent sale of our home for our transition into retirement.
Without a doubt or hesitation we would use and recommend Nik and his team for anyone looking for a realtor!
