Nikoletta Carayannopoulos, DO, Houston TX

This has been my first experience with my ankle and having to see an orthopedic doctor. She is amazing. She explained to me what was going on with my ankle and what we could do to get me back walking. I greatly appreciate her. When you are having a hard time especially if this is something that you have never been through before you want a caring doctor. So I want to say thank you and thank you to her entire staff as well.

Truly pleased with the facilities and politeness of the staff. My wait time to be seen was extremely fast though the office was quite busy. The transition from room to room was prompt and a minimal of about 2 minutes before actually seeing Dr. Niloletta. I was given detailed information about my condition and the best cost effective way to handle it and made comfortable within the conversation and talked to like a person and not a colleague and left in the dark upon leaving. Dr. Nokola took time to listen to me and answer all my question and was brutality honest with me and didn't give me false hopes or expectations. I left the office feeling even more hopeful though I knew with all the information i recieved, things weren't in my favor, that is just how relaxed and comfortable she and her staff made me feel. I not only recommend her to someone who needs a great Orthopediac doctor, but I'd campaign for her based on my experience. GREAT PLACE TO BE.

I have no issue with Dr. C’s performance. I am not happy with her office staff and its apparent lack of attention to detail. My wife and I both require additional testing. Both of us are being run in circles trying to actually get scheduled. Still.

Dr. Carayannopoulos is really an awesome and great Orthopedic doctor. She took care of my son at first and my son was very happy with his treatment. My husband and I came to see her also after a few months and we're both happy too on how she took care of us. She thoroughly explained to us the causes of our problems and her plan of treatment. All of her staffs are awesome too! Very highly recommended!

My appointment went smooth as always. The wait time was short, staff is friendly and a good PA. Everyone is very knowledgeable. I have visited her two locations and pleased with both.

Dr Nikoletta is an awesome surgeon! I broke my wrist and had to have surgery she made this whole process a lot easier and a speedy recovery! Thank you and your whole staff there are very efficient and helpful throughout this process.

I love this doctor it’s hard to say her name so just call her mrs C but she did my knee and my left shoulder and I just had my right shoulder done
I will be getting my back worked on

As a physician myself, I have been around many hospitals and orthopedists. Not only do I trust Dr. Carayannopolos for my patients who need orthopedic care, but she is also who I trust for my family and myself. She is personable, she is smart, and she cares! All qualities you want in your doctor.

I repeatedly tried to book an appointment with this doctor. I had a referral from my pcp. Her front office staff would pick up the phone and place me on hold without ever coming back to the line, or someone would pick up and not say anything. I went into the office today just because I was in the building on other business. There were 3 ppl on the front staff and none of then looked very busy. Now they wanted to book an appointment. No thank you. If the doctor is anything like the staff, I pass. Beautiful office.good luck getting about appointment. Ridiculous. Ppl see this type of doctor when all other options have failed. When you're already in pain, you shouldn't have to deal with any unnecessary stress.

Called with injury. Is listed on my insurance and says wont take. If your on the list, you should honor it.orherwise remove yourself. Great business practice.

When i would try to call, they did the same thing to me.pick up the phone and put iit on hold without saying anything.more then 2x.or place on hold and never come back to the phone.and i would call it would ring and someone would disconnect.not a good thing.maybe that person should find another job.i have never talked to dr

Yes these people are great there I saw Dr. Niki back July '21 for my knee cap area was really hurting guess I twisted it somehow I'm 72. Had a nice office area only had to wait 15 min to get in as I had an appointment with her. It took me two weeks for same as it wasn't an emergency was ok. Said I had tendenitis mainly and some arthritus below my knee cap as I'm older now. She gave me a cortozone shot barely felt it and was better when I left. Then every day after getting the shot it kept getting better and not is Aug '21 and I'm back to 95% aok again wow those work! I could barely walk originally and hurt was pretty bad. Recommend seeing her she spent plenty of time with me unlike like the below review I wasn't rushed at all. You know when a Dr.is a good one when it takes you 2-3 weeks to get a regular appointment with them.)

Dr. Carayannopoulos is the best Ortho Dr. I have ever had. I wish I still lived in the Houston area so she could do my surgery. My hope and wish is that anyone needing orthopedic care, would have her for a physician.
