5This company is a complete scam! One word LAWYER! My brother bought a car from here in 2020. After paying off 3 years of a 4 year loan his car was repossessed yesterday September 12,2023. Nissan says they have no record of a payment since 2021! Are you kidding me? Dealerships will not let you keep a car after 3 months of missed payments. Nissan would never allow someone to keep a car with over 24 missed payments! This is not over by a long shot! DO NOT FINANCE A CAR THROUGH THIS LOCATION!
I have spoken with agents 4 times about being behind on one payment due to us being a military family and losing income due to our new PCS location. Each agent did not speak English well and all they kept saying was there is nothing they can do. For 3 years I’ve never been behind or missed a payment.
After the 4th call of no resolution, they harass my phone twice a day. I had to block the number because it was very annoying. They then had someone show up to my home to drop off a letter about giving them a call. I called yet again and got a foreign agent and asked to speak to someone who is American. I was on hold for 15min and hung up because no one came back to the line. I will never finance through them again.

After having the best confidence, the car is the worst experience I've ever had, the quality of the worst, the braking system, a system of the worst, I paid a lot for my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder so that my family drives in danger, I can't believe it and how it was Hopefully the Nissan company does not help you, they only care about money and to finish parts of the car break easily from the worst
