16I got my oil changed and state inspection done and it was done in a timely manner, everyone there was very friendly!
This service department is second to none! Very knowledgeable and courteous every time I go. Would recommend every driver to come experience them!
As always, the service department did a great job with the oil change and in a timely manner, although it was raining and I didn't get the car wash that usually comes with this service.
I am very disappointed, however, at the outrageous rate increase for a routine oil change. From $28 to $84 with no warning, no coupons, and no compensation for loyalty doesn't make me want to remain loyal to this company or recommend it to my friends and family.

Nice folks, but cost me $150 before I was told Nissan of WF don't work on electric Nissans. Repair estimate was $13000.00, but I found out my problem is most likely a failed diode that cost 6 for a $dollar at Radio Shack, plus TWO hours labor.
Dustan greeted me right away and got me set up for my oil change. He came and let me know that my air and cabin filter needed to be replaced and showed me how dirty it was. So, I had him go ahead and change it. Serena was very informative about all the things done during my visit and was Super Sweet. Dustan and Serena took amazing care of me. Thank you so much.
During my routine oil change they found I needed a new battery and replaced it during my visit. Great customer service!

I have been there multiple times. This was not my best experience. I was second in line when they open their doors at 0730. I was there for an oil change. I left at 0850. It was 1 hour and 20 minutes for an oil change. They do a inspection of your vehicle with the oil change. My car had a warning light on for washer fluid. It even has these word on the screen. Ythe inspection sheet I got showed the washer fluid was full and clearly it wasn't. It's not a big deal but it makes you wonder if all the other stuff got checked.
I appreciate the service adviser listening to my concerns about my vehicle. George was very nice and helpful.

I dropped off my vehicle before lunch. I was called approximately an hour and 15 minutes later saying it was ready. The vehicle had been washed when I arrived for pickup. There is never a smell of burning oil from spillage while I'm driving. Thank you Nissan WF.
