Nissi Vegan Méxican Cuisine reviews
144.5, the birria tacos were great! The nachos were good, the chips and chicharron are delicious but the ratio of chip to topping was a bit too chip heavy.
I walked in and the place was clean and very aesthetic. I was helped very fast and they accept cash too! I got the flautas and queso with a Mexican Coke. The flavor was sooooo good. The queso was thin but filled with flavor. This worked for me anyways as I used it as a dipping sauce with my beans. I got my food fast and I will 100% be back the next time I’m in Austin. Parking is plentiful! The bottle cap opener is right below the register where you can pop it off yourself:)
Vegan Mexican food! I found a hidden Gem Must try it! Sooooo delicious I’m obsessed with Birria and able to try it Vegan style I couldn’t believe how fantastic they are! I had to come back and try more things on the menu how surprisingly good it was! Chips and Queso 10/10.
Amazing vegan restaurant. I am so glad to have a restaurant like this in Austin! I’ll be back for the churro chip dessert
Best vegan food I had in Austin. The tacos remind me of taco truck style tacos I had back before I was vegan, but these are way healthier!
I like the food. I asked the guy a question regarding the burger. To get know meat came from framers or proceeds meat. Seemed he had no communication skills.
I'll tell you what.as a meat eater, and a connoisseur of birria tacos, I am hooked on this place. (And today was only my first time trying it!) The birria tacos are a 10000/10. The texture and the spice are just chef's kiss! The flavor profile is insanely good. I am currently fasting and can only have fruits, veggies, and plant based meals. I was craving birria and was about to go cry in a corner, but then I got on door dash and found this place. So happy I tried it out. I'll have to go in person and try everything!
It was so good.y'all really have me thinking about going vegan!
P. S. I would have posted a picture of my food but I was starving and it was good!
The vegan birria tacos were amazing and so flavorful. They had just added a carne asada fries I'll probably try that next. A lot of vegan places don't last in Austin, like project pollo: (, so I'm glad we still have a place like nissi
Great little place for vegan tex mex! The nacho plate was loaded with veggies. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice for dining in
Me - "Hi, I have a tree nut allergy, can you tell me what items I need to stay away from? "
Guy behind the counter - points to the menu on the wall in front of both of us and reads to me the line including "some items may contain gluten and nuts"
Me - "yeah which ones? "
Employee - gesturing wildly "all of them"
Me - leaves
Clean environment, friendly staff and excellent food. I always get the Carne Asada tacos. My favorite vegan restaurant in ATX. I tell all my friends about it.
You can never go wrong with Nissi's. My go-to is the asda taco plate! Pile on some green salsa and BOOM flavortown!
Ordered the nachos and it was good, probably we were a bit more flavors based on reviews. Ordered the fries as well and they were good too.
Absolutely love this vegan Mexican gem in Austin! The carne asada tacos are an absolute delight. A definite must-try for anyone seeking fantastic vegan taco options. Undoubtedly the finest in town – a solid 5/5 recommendation!
