Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters reviews
14Fantastic quality coffee, and roasted perfectly so you can taste the flavor rather than a bunch of burnt beans. More importantly, Kevin and Marta (the proprietors) and their staff are sweet and friendly, and they are a pleasure to talk with when going there.
So the coffee is ok. Got over charged by$. 50 for my vanilla latte (according to the menu). $6.50 for a one shot, small (they only have one size) Vanilla Latte is a premium price for sure.
Dang. These are some of the best beans I’ve had in a long time. Excellent, high quality roaster. Do yourself a favor and pick up a bag.
The ambience - fabulous. The coffee beans that I took home - delicious. The latte I had in store - probably one of the best in my life. The service - top notch. Would highly recommend this place!
Of the humble locations in town, this one is set up with inside and outside seating, and typically plenty of tables are available. It's also set up nicely where the seating is away from the area where you order so there is a little more privacy that allows you to focus on your work/reading. The coffee is delicious too, and they often have an assortment of baked goods to sample as well. The front parking lot can fill up quickly, but the back lot has plenty of room! Very nice place to get coffee and catch up with friends!
Amazing little coffee shop! Marta, and Steve are fantastic humans! And the coffee is to die for
Jasmine makes the best coffee drink I’ve ever had! The beans are fantastic, I highly recommend and fully endorse this business.
We got coffee from the seasonal menu. One was honey and the other black pepper. The coffee was great and there was nice service:) A customer also brought in a dog named Canello and he was cute but I was too shy to introduce myself
METICULOUS BUT EXPENSIVE
Nestled in a secluded corner of Dallas lies a hidden gem that coffee aficionados won't want to miss. This out-of-the-way coffee shop offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for savoring a cup of some of the best coffee in town.
The coffee itself is simply divine. Each cup is meticulously crafted with the finest beans, creating a flavor that is rich, bold, and unforgettable. The aroma alone is enough to tantalize the senses and leave you craving for more.
The baristas here are friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different blends and brewing methods to customers.
However, this experience comes at a cost. The prices at this coffee shop are steep. A simple cup of cold brew is over $5, to which you're expected to add a tip.
At these prices, we won't return here very often.
The coffee beans I got were delicious. They don't have many light roast options, but they have a decent range of medium. Prices are very reasonable for quality of coffee
Great tasting coffee! I would say hella better than your other neighborhood overpriced competitors. Jazz and Kevin make great tasting drinks without all that extra stuff. Keep the beans roasting and I will be there
I wandered in while exploring my neighborhood. Fair park has been "the next big thing" going on 30 years. I couldn't imagine a coffee roaster making it here in this entrepreneurial no mans land, but in the spirit of supporting my community, I stopped in.
The owner and I talked about coffee and roasting, grinders and brew methods. I am a bit of a newb so I had a lot of a questions.
I had never even heard of a "Natural Coffee Roast". But after learning that modern bean washing/roasting techniques remove the fruit, leaving only the bean, I decided to the try a natural roast. The fruit of the coffee is left as part of the bean before being roasted. I selected an Ethiopian blend.
Now it's all I drink. Yeah the roasts vary from batch to batch some, but that's part of the charm. And the flavor is not for the Folgers crowd.
Also, the owner deals with individual farmers, setting up direct trade deals bypassing the middle man.
Jasmine is so friendly and knowledgeable. Everything I had was amazing. Best ingredients by far! A must visit. I can't wait to go back and try the Matcha next.
This cute little cafe has delicious and locally roasted small batch coffee! I got an oat milk latte that was smooth and well-balanced. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the Dallas area!
