I'm from Australia and was wondering how to get a few issues ironed out on my 2016 Victory Highball, posted on Victory forum and Noe responded.
Couldn't be more helpful, his service is first class, and my bike is running beautifully after a remote flash in.

I have a 2021 Indian Challenger with a Dynojet Power Commander 6. I had Noe remove the PC6 and flash my ECU with Lloyd's Tune. I am a very happy customer. It's hard to find someone who works on Indian Motorcycles in the Houston area. Noemtz Designz did a great job. They communicated, it was a quick turnaround, and reasonably priced. Lloyd's Tune opened my bike up and removes the speed limiter. My bike idles smoother, has more power, removed throttle lagging, and sounds awesome. The bike runs more refined overall! Thank you Noe!

Noe did a remote Maximus tune on my Victory Cross Country. The end results are amazing. The tame touring bike is now a bonafide rocket. It's so smooth, runs cooler, sounds great, and I've experienced no decel popping at all. The process was quite simple, and really doesn't take as much time as I was expecting. Noe provides excellent written and verbal instructions. I highly recommend his services for anyone that wants their bike to run better than it comes from the factory.

Noe tune is the truth, the best service and knowledge about the Victory Bikes. It was unbelievable how he remoted into your bike computer and made the changes. I'm too happy how my bike rides now and you can feel the real power the Vic is putting out.

His XCT has Lloyd's filter, Vance & Hines mufflers, and 1/4 turn throttle.

I installed a canned Maximus tune in my XCt with Lloyd's airfilter & D&D mufflers. Thought it just needed some help on the topend. Noe made some tweaks, from idle to redline.the difference is amazing! Just amazed how much smoother and better it pulls through the entire RPM range.

I thought i had OCD, but damn his attention to detail is Phenomenal.

Noe Martinez is the man! My Cross Country kept fouling plugs and dropping a cylinder. It would run fine for a few weeks and then start messing up again. I plugged O2 sensors back in, same problem. I decided to have Noe remote tune it hoping that that would solve the problem. He made the process so easy. Unfortunately, the very next morning, I dropped a cylinder on my way to work. Well, Noe not only helped me problem shoot, but he also took time to problem shoot with my mechanic. He also let me keep the remote tune kit until I got my bike back to make sure the tune was good. We finally figured out that I had a broken fuel rail and bad injectors. Everything is fixed and my bike is now perfectly tuned for a second time. I can’t recommend Noe enough!
