Restaurant Noli's Vite reviews
16I wouldn't ever come back to this place. Our pasta was horrible, and the taste was nasty. It seems like the sauce wasn't good anymore
Fantastic place to eat! Food was out of this world! I had a sampler that consisted of cannelloni, lasagna, and manicotti. Tarimsu was delicious! EVERYTHING was superb!

This true authentic Italian food a flashback to Sunday with Nona the lobster ravioli was a bite into Christmas eve the espresso martini was a great pick me up, finally crafted by the mixologist perfect ratio of liquor and espresso. This is definitely my new go to spot in new Braunfels for a classy sit in dining Italian cuisine. Thank you so much for the hospitality.
Absolutely amazing food service and atmosphere, we have young children that never eat all their food at restaurants like they do here, now one of our New Braunfels favorites
Had my first visit today and highly recommend Noli's Vite! The pasta sampler and bread were fantastic! Waitress was extremely kind and attentive to my needs. Dining room was very clean and to top it off, background music with Dean Martin singing Italian songs set the perfect mood. So I'll be back soon!
The food here is bland. Way too much cheese. You can't just cover food in cheese and expect it to be good. Italian sausage and peppers was awful. Couldn't even finish half of it. The rolls and the chicken vegetable soup were excellent. Whoever is in charge of the rolls and soup should do the rest. And if it's the same person then I am scratching my head. Atmosphere is cramped and unappealing. Bathroom is.lets just say "not good". New Braunfels is short on good Italian restaurants, too bad this one isn't.
Bestie and I had lunch picked up from here. First round we had a mixed up order, nothing big just a missing plate. Got the plate and compensated with deserts! Cannoli was FIRE. I got the eggplant Parmesan.freaking superb. Salad was fresh and crisp. Bread was on a whole other level. I can't wait to go again!
Very satisfied with the attentive friendly service. The meat balls lacked flavor, along with a bland appearance and mushy texture. We were happy with our soup, wine and atmosphere- but disappointed with the lunch spaghetti & meatball entree.
First time to try this place based on reviews and we were very disappointed. The food was terrible food. The chicken marsala tasted like Chinese food, the chicken for the chicken parmesan was incredibly dry and sauce tasted from a can. The same for the lasagna, it tasted like canned tomato sauce on a noodle. $85 dollars down the drain for inedible food.
Update: spoke to restaurant about inedible food and "boss man" only offered a free meal. Sorry, when 3 teenage boy take a bite of food and spit it out, there is something wrong. Unwilling to refund any money. We received a variety of meals to try and each one was disgusting. Horrible experience and will not be back for the 1 free meal. All the food went into the trash.
Lunch specials until 3: 00 pm. Plenty of parking. No wait. Reservations not needed. Food was great. We tried the sampler and the eggplant parmigiana. We were only checked on once; otherwise a good experience.
Food is good, the service is always great. Nice spot for a casual Italian meal. Our go to place with our daughter
Had one of the recommended items on the menu, a pasta dish. Lacked pasta and lacked flavor. The bread they brought out wasn’t good either, it was too light and almost no garlic lol
The best thing I got was Italian coffee but I wouldn’t pay 7 bucks for it again
This place is a hidden Gem best pasta place within 100 miles makes Olive Garden look like McDonald’s
I dropped by around lunch to get something to go. I have gotten their lasagna before and was able to get two meals from it. This time the lasagna was a lot thinner. The bread was great.
Food is good, a little salty for us, but other patrons might find it just right as we tend to consume less salt. A great option, away from the busy town center of Gruene.
