Customer service was non existent. I won't be returning back to this place. Shoes were alright, but nothing special.

Good customer service. Jose was very nice, but not enough sizes. Every shoe I wanted (5-6 different pairs) was unavailable in my size. Also big guy seemed a bit flustered when I asked him questions about certain shoes almost like he didn’t want to be there. Overall though I’m glad deep ellum has something like this, it’s getting there! A few tweaks and this would be a 4 star review

Great store amazing customer service but the down side that over priced

Friendly service and a huge selection for sneakerheads. My husband is a size 14 and the guy brought out every 14 in the store. It doesn’t get any better than that. Thank you guys for giving us an awesome experience.

Great customer service and super nice people! Most shops only treat you nice because you are buyer, but these guys were extremely patient with me selecting the right shoe. (Called for a month straight)

The experience I had here was wild. Shoes were wildly overpriced. Almost 200% over stock x across the board. I fully expect these sneakers to be over priced. But not like this. If your going to price your shoes like this atleast provide customer service? Tall skinny guy was super rude for no reason. I’m a customer who would spend alot of money. Won’t after this experience. Have had good experiences at both the lab and the store at the galleria!
