Ordered from Nomar Supply LLC 8 days ago, package traveled all over US and back to Texas.
Called them, both person I spoke with had broken english, unable to understand what they were saying. Speaking and communicating in english might help in placing correct addresses on shipping container. AVOID THEM.

Nice people, extremely helpful. Not trying to rip you off. They suggested a cheaper alternative just in back and gave me an o'ring for completely free.

The right part at the right time, didn't have to wait to be shipped. When you need things done the same day, visit this guy's, great customer service.

Good store, the employees help me to find the correct part a very low cost.

Great customer service. You can find the part that you need there if no un stock they will find for you. They are great online and un ayote.

Not impressed at all.
I ordered a water tank for my espresso machine and it wasn't the same one that was showing on the website.
I send a message to the customer service and got an answer 1 or 2 day later which is fine. Apparently, there was an error in the code of the supplier.
At this point I was happy that I would get my problem fixed.
The person asked me the model of my machine so he could find my water tank and replace it.
Well its been 3 weeks now and I haven't gotten any answers back.
This as never happened to me whit any of my orders online from other companies.
This is why I leave a 1 star review.

I'm writing this on behalf of my dad - He is very happy with the customer service he received. They went above and beyond in assisting him in figuring out what part (s) he needed to fix his appliance. Additionally, they followed up with him via phone to ensure everything was functioning properly.

These people claim to be in Houston but the part came in through St. Louis and is taking FOREVER to get here. Meanwhile my refrigerator is spread out all over my living room. NEVER ordering from them again!

My experience was great, I had to change my cooktop switch and NO one had it just Online but I needed to fix it the same day they helped me get the switch in the same day and I pay less than the half price online by the way it was OEM GE. I was surprised really helpful. Thanks again my cooktop is working and saved around $250 between the part and labor.

Everytime I have needed a part this establishment has in stock regardless of age of my appliances. From the smallest piece to the largest piece, I would recommend inquiring to them before you head to any other business. Also the employees are welcoming and super knowledgeable on the products you are looking for and will help you track down items that may not be in their inventory.

Having trouble with this seller on Amazon. Never received package, not answering messages.
