Noodles & Dumplings- UTEP, El Paso TX

When everything goes right, the food is delicious. Check your orders before you leave, because they consistently mess up.

Most recent example is the Kung Pao Tofu I ordered + noodles. Came as a pile of noodles, tofu, and the sauce. No onions, bell peppers, or any other veggies included. Every other time it’s bursting with delicious veggies. I didn’t go back to get it corrected tonight because I am simply too tired from travel and live too far away.

These kinds of missteps happen far too often. Check your orders.

So this was amazing. We were touring UTEP during winter break. Hungry and found this through maps close by. We had a group and walked in. They were the best. Very accommodating and kind. The food was so fresh and delicious. Next time we are in El Paso we will come back. Such a find. Can't go wrong. This was one of those happy accidents that turned out amazing. Eat here.

Took twice as long as they said they would and then did not label any of the boxes so we had no idea what was what. Very poor service.

Good atmosphere, good service, good food but there is no description of the plates and portions are not consistent.

The server Evelyn was really nice however the food was kind of iffy.to start off the rice looked old and hard & it was.being asian im very picky about my rice especially in asian restaurants.the food came out super quick which i appreciated however i saw the microwave being used a lot and it kind of threw me off
the chili oil also tasted very watered down

We usually love this place. We just finished eating (well picked at my food) food was not good! I asked for an extra plates so we could can share, I served my plate of combination fried noodles (nasty) when I asked if I could change it because they were not good mushy and flavorless. Evelyn told me she could add something else with a charge. I was not trying to get free food. The fried dumplings dough was very doughy, again we told her they felt a little undercooked, she followed with a "no they are not" that they have a timer when cooked. Food was not hot. So sad that we paid $68 for bad service and not good food. I hope it gets better. UTEP noodles and dumplings please go back to normal!

Amazing homemade dumplings and bao! The lan zhou soup is amazing too! Very authentic and tasty! Worth the wait!

Terrible eating experience. We had ordered here before and the food was very good which was the fried noodles and chicken and the fried noodles with beef. The last couple of times the same dishes were horrible. No flavor, old beef that was chewy, had to throw it away. The chicken dish was just as bad. We spent over $30 dollars and wish we had just saved our money and made something at home. Will never go to any of these establishments again. Save your$$$

Not a good place to go and eat, chefs attitude was very poor, I like the food from Noodles & Dumplings but I do not recommend this location! On N Mesa and E Robinson Avenue. They forgot an order at our table and when we all finished eating the food never arrived.

Terrible human skills. No working knowledge of menu. Host tried telling me that I ordered from a different state. What is this guy smoking?

If u order pick up using any app u have to call them as well, they don’t check online order never, 3 times in a row that they check the order on the app whenever im at the counter to pick it out

Great spot. Very relaxed and chill. Plenty of open space and food is great and ready very fast. Staff is also great and helpful.

Update: Many visits and bad to-go experiences later this is now a 1 star unfortunately. The noodles and dumplings keep being served raw and undercooked. I've never seen anyone wash their hands, owners go straight from eatting on break to touching food, leaving their personal dishes on the food prep surface. Staff arrives for a shift change, no hand washing, and purses, keys & jackets are put on a counter on the to-go containers. Chef smokes constantly by the side door, cigarette smoke flows in while dining, and no surprise.goes straight to touching food.

Absolutely addicting! Can't wait to explore more of the menu. Tofu is available as a protien choice, friendly server and open into kitchen so you can watch the noodles being pulled.

Three times in one year. Three times in one year I try to order delivery at 7: 45, before they close at 9.

First time in El Paso, and came across this place. We said why not and stopped here. To be honest the prices looked a little too pricy for a second until we received our orders. Big portions. We left happy.thank you so much.

Visiting El Paso for the first time for the holidays. Found this gem from a recommendation to visit the "Cincinnati Entertainment District". Holey moley! The service was great, it was one girl and she was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. She was running the store with a great attitude and attentive. The window to view the cooks is super cool, as you can see the cooks hand-making the dumplings and your meal. The atmosphere is small, like a hole-in-the-wall vibe and super cozy. The menu had a lot of options, and does advise you that the fresh dumpling are a 15-minute wait time. But WELL worth it. The soup was unlike I've had before. It wasn't spicy but soooo delicious. The beef in the soup was like BUTTER. Smoothest beef I have ever bitten into. The stir fry combination noodles were very savory and full of flavor. The soup dumplings were so good. Adding chili oil & soy sauce on top is a must. The pork buns were sooo soft with a perfect crisp! I've written enough, but I'll end saying I was soooo happy I found this place. I'm sure the other locations are just as good.:)

Do not go to this location found a roach in my food and the lady making the dumplings was touching her face and nose while making the dumpling.
