Nordstrom has some of the best quality clothing, and if you go during the Anniversary Sale, you get them for a decent price.

I absolutely love the Galleria, I feel like a child when I pull on the lot and know the experience is going to be fabulous, it never fails this is therapy for me wither I shop or just eat, but I did shop and purchased Joe Malone cologne in Nordstrom the fragrance I purchased was Wood Sage and Sea Salt smells inviting

If you are thinking to buy a pair of mens shoes here, forget it. Check back in August. Their shoe shelves are bare. This used to be THE place to buy mens shoes. Go down to Macy's, they have a better selection.

May helped us learn everything there is to learn about the Nuna brand. We really weren’t 100% sure what we wanted for us and for our baby, but she was so knowledgeable about every product that she made the whole process so easy. She was not pushy and was very informative - especially for soon-to-be parents. We made a concrete decision and I can’t wait to purchase in a month!

Very nice for them to hand out masks to those who do not have any, I feel bad because rude customers just throw their masks outside on the floor or stairwell even though there's a trash can right there

A high end store carrying clothes, shoes, make up; perfumes, jewellery, and a lot of other stuff. A nice place to shop with the family for branded products. Prices are very expensive but a large variety of products is available all the times.

I am finding fewer and fewer reasons to go in to the store. I had been a loyal shopper for ages because of their excellent service. The past few times I have gone to this location I have been totally and thoroughly ignored by staff. Maybe they need better training.

Very impressed with Stephen maybe Steven? In shoe department. Was browsing the running shoes and he helped me locate the last pair available at another location. Very helpful and went above and beyond to take care of what I was looking for. Second time shopping there and was impressed with the customer service experience.

Nordstrom's has always been a store of choice even with the shrinking brands, or new brand development. Service consultants in the men's are very helpful and professional.

The store is clean with a good selection. The third floor bathrooms are wonderful. They have a mother's room with plenty of furniture, a sink, and a nice changing table. It was a great spot to comfortably change diapers and nurse.

This used to be elegant, but now seems more like a discount mall, despite Nordstrom's and other high end stores.

Connected to all the mall parking garages and employees think you're stealing for walking through.

Exactly what you expect from Nordstrom. We were greeted when we walked into women’s shoes and helped by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Perfect.
If you had a bad experience at Northpark like we did recently, come here instead. It is well worth the drive.

Horrible service. I’m not sure if this store has something against minorities but, every time I come to this store, I am never acknowledged. I have to go find a sales rep to assist me. A lot of times they will approach other people passing me. Very uncomfortable environment.
