I had the best associate greet me, and ask for my full name, grab my things. It only took a couple of minutes literally, and I was on my way!

An awesome associate at shoe department helped me find a last pair of shoes that I was looking for today

I love this store but had the worst experience of my life her today. The cashier Semina treated me like a 2nd class citizen calling me 'the system people'. I work very hard and do not appreciate being treated like trash.

There is too much stuff. Trying too hard to push and Sale. Beginning to look like the other stores. Just have stuff to sell. Not good.

Very nice shopping place. A little more diverse than TjMaxx and Marshall's in terms of materials and goods displayed. WARNING: It is pricey. It's not as pricey as Saks 5th Avenue, but it's still pricey. Be prepared with cash, and don't blame me.

Did know their policies, went for refund and they denied, because it’s 2 days over 30 days. They change their policies in January’2023. Whenever they change the policies, let customers knows so they avoid their trip to this store. Very upset.
Never go back. They don’t have a courtesy for even 2 days? Should have 10 days courtesy period after 30 days.

This is a store that I personally really like. It’s one of my favorite shops. I believe they have great prices and exceptional quality. Many times when I make a purchase, I never pay the full price as there’s always some discount available. So, I highly recommend this store. The staff’s customer service is very cheerful and kind. If you want to have a great customer service experience, I suggest you visit this store.

I visit this location fairly often and it's pretty good for the most part. However, Elizabeth, the lady with short grey hair, should not be working as a cashier. It's evident that she hates her job. Her attitude towards customers is very condescending and unnecessarily aggressive. It ruins the shopping experience and I will be shopping at the other Rack location from now on.

I come here often, but I will typically leave once I see the line. Maybe pay cashiers more so that you have adequate staff. Nothing in the store is worth that long of a wait to pay.

Occasionally, you can find some deals here, and they do have great name brands here on discount.

Love finding couture for low prices? Adore shoes that are timeless? You may have to look for a bit but what a kick when you find a $175 belt, one of a kind, for $25! And everytime it's worn, it gets noticed! Happy Shopping. Cheers xx

They only have one register open, lime was too long, manager saw that and still didn’t open another register, I was so close to walk out and send everything back.

This location is so much better than the Plano store! Way cleaner, more organized, and they actually have NEW stuff! Unlike the Plano store that always has the same rummaged thru junk.

Clothes and shoes collection are good.going for home good or other stuff not a great place to. Very few option and shelf too. Located near to many other shopping stores and restaurant at a perfect shopping area.
