Their fitting rooms are actually open! They only allow a certain amount of ppl at a time and while I was there it wasn't busy at all so I went right in.

The store has great finds. I find things I wouldn’t thought of and I love it! The men’s shoes are so good here love my Cole Haans and surprise designer shoes. I love coming here and seeing my favorite employee too. I stopped by recently and didn’t see him but Justin has a great personality, helpful and is the epitome of what customer service should be. I hope next time I go in he is there. Definitely my go-to for shopping.

I have been in major SAH mode but I felt very eased being in that store for a quick return from an online purchase. The store is less busy 25-30 other shoppers and SUPER tidy and well-spaced.

Check out sign needs to be clearer. If you’re headed to check out and see the sign in front of you - you turn to go check out. Apparently you’re supposed to go PAST the sign to the carpet area. So if you’re a first-timer you need to know this.

Nothing like i thought it would be sadly. This was my first visit to one of these ever and I really expected to find some awesome deals. Things i found there I've seen cheaper at TJ and Burlington's I guess its a status or name thing.either way not for me. The 2nd star is for the awesome smile and energy of the security there!

Great selection of accessories, factory second and deals when you can give it on clearance. The men's section is almost laughable, women's shoes alone is larger. Staff is friendly and very helpful when you need it.

This store is always so pleasant to shop in! Clean, organized, smells good, sales associates are nice and helpful! The "finds" can be hit or miss, but I usually find at least one amazing piece each time.

I love Nordstrom Rack, but they almost never have anything in store that I saw online. You can't just walk in there and purchase that beautiful pink West Kei maxi dress that you wanted to wear for tomorrow's baby shower, and they can't tell you if it's in stock at any other location, either. Pretty disappointing.

Had a fun time shopping. The deals are ok but you can find some really good stuff if you invest some time and dig through. Clean, neat, and staff is polite and friendly.

Ive been disappointed with the last orders. 3 pairs of shoes and none fit. All too short for the size.

Pretty good store! The selection is great but sometimes it will be extremely cluttered, especially in the shoe section.

They have some beautiful clothes here. A bit more pricey than I thought they would be but you get what you pay for with the higher-end items that they carry.

This is where fashion goes to die. With other stores like Marshalls and Burlington - more than great coats! - the name Nordstrom is the only thing it has going for it. The store was sad, the clothes were overpriced and I felt the existence of the store itself mocked my intelligence. I was in and out in less than two minutes which was five minutes longer than I wanted to be there.

This place is fantastic for customer service. I needed to make an exchange on merchandise and their staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Most notable was the service provided by Patricia. Thanks Patricia, you made my day.

They will try to trick you into a credit card. I bought a pair of shoes for 60$ then noticed the back hoop where you carry the shoes was ripped. I returned the shoes and they told me they were putting the credit on my "card". I come back two months later and don't have any credit. Fault business, they complete just took 60$ from me without getting shoes. I will make sure people are aware to never shop at Nordstrom. Way better places!

I always find beautiful things here. From killer heels, designer bags even tech stuff. Get your man some great dress clothes here as well.
