Nordstrom Rack Gallery on the Parkway, Dallas TX

This was my first visit and my new favorite store. Great place to find amazing deals. The women’s section here is cool. The men’s was quite smaller and lacked selection. This might be a seasonal thing so don’t base your visit around this one review. I particularly enjoyed the selection of women’s dresses and pajamas!

I love this store and this location. They just need more employees on the floor. No one available for questions or help.

Always love Nordstrom Rack, even tough this location is inferior compare to the one in Plano or Park Lane

I first tried to return my items with a First Lady at the register. She was not helpful at all. She basically told me I couldn’t return my items because I didn’t remember the date I bought them and I couldn’t find my printed receipt. Keep in my mind all the tags were attached.

I said “ok” thinking there was nothing I could do. I decided to shop the store and found a few items. While checking out, I ended up with another lady by the name of Khadija. She noticed I had a bag of items and asked if I needed a return. I explained my situation and told her how the 1st lady at the register said there was nothing I could do. She proceeded to grab my return items and did everything she could to pull up my receipt. She even made a call over the phone. Eventually she was able to find it with the card I had paid for the items with. Khadija really took her time and did everything she could to make my experience a 5star one. She went above and beyond to help me get my items returned. It’s people like her that keep me going back.

Great experience today. I had an online return and was happy to see the store taking lots of measures for safety. Customers were provided with disposable masks at the door if they don’t have one. Also, lots of arrows and tape on the floor to help facilitate social distancing.

I like to shop at Nordstrom's rack. The staff is always very kind and willing to help with any wants and needs.great job! Thank you.

Maybe I'm just cheap, understand it's Nordstrom, but a store that is supposed to be selling off odd sizes, not popular, or maybe seasonal clothing should have better prices. The only place it seems to be like that is the clearance rack. Most of the store seems like the regular store having a sale just much smaller.

Great brands and great prices.i can always find something great that i don't need.the store is always clean, neat and tidy.the associates are always helpful and courteous. All in all a great place to shop

I hate shopping, but I can do this. Great garments and prices. Good spot for men’s shoes and colognes. High quality selection. Gets crowded during the holidays, but the staff is usually really good about helping and getting you out as soon as possible.

This location is always organized and well stocked. There is always a long line no matter what time of the day, but the employees try to be efficient.

Couldn't find any chicken fettuccine in premade section at close to 7: 30pm.staff seemed concerned with stocking and cleaning up to go home.

I've been to a lot of Nordstrom Racks and this one is definitely one of the best. Their store is always tidy even though they seem pretty busy, the staff is always incredibly helpful, I've gotten multiple items tailored there and May is phenomenal. This location alone makes my Nordstrom card worth it.

Nordstrom Rack prices are great and the clearance items priced to please. I'm happy when I come and I'm happy when I leave. I generally find something appealing to purchase in plus size or an accessory. Yet I left with hopes to find something even sweeter and my 1st love, Nordstrom rack Plano!

This Nordstrom Rack has a good men's clearance area. Lots of shirts and jeans, and I often find many wingtip boots at this location. If I cannot find anything at the park lane location, this is my second go to for clearance shopping.

A side note too, the parking lot is no longer under construction. There is now a lot more parking than before.

Great selection on shoes and men's clothes. We are always looking for Penguin and they had a very nice, responsibly priced section. Checking out was fast, even with a line. Store was nice and clean and organized. Will return to this one. The clearance section was not as large as some others though, but still great selection in regular areas.

Cashier is extremely pushy when trying to talk you into getting a credit card. Can't seem to understand NO!

This location has a wonderful selection and a HUGE clearance section! The clear the rack seems to always be there when I stop in, but I’m not complaining. The staff I also a huge reason why I shop this location rather than Preston.

Not a bad place to get fashionable clothes for less. The clothes seem to be last season, but if that's not a concern for you this place is great. Although I did find some good work shirts here for half the price that they have them at the Nordstrom in the Galleria just south of here.

Good selection of items. Always love the Rack - I am tall and wear hard to find sizes.so its nice to have the availability. Customer service at this location is great!
