Nordstrom Rack Sunset Valley Shopping Center

Manager wouldn't sell me a dress because it was damaged. I've bought stained/damaged items here before as final sales that's how clothes end up here to begin with. True fashion killer and was freaking rude. Lost a loyal customer for sure

Everytime i come here i end up picking clothes out and then leaving because the checkout line is an hour long

This store is great and it’s my girlfriends favorite but because of this reason I am pleading for the love of god and all that is holy, put some chairs in your store. Do it for the fallen partners who find an empty corner and lean against the wall not knowing when the will be released from the bargain trap that is your store.

Even though the selection seems to change weekly it is the next step down from North Korea so you don't have to get your outlet mall you don't have to go to a irregular shop I highly recommend this place and everybody that worked very fairly friendly

There is always something good here to bring home. After all, since March 23 it had been a long lag in any ability to buy anything new. Was just a quick shopping excursion, came home with a couple great items.

A good shopping experience. Not a long wait in check out line bc there were about 6 cashiers. A nice informative lady helped me with jewelry in case and told me of Clear The Rack sale coming up. Always good sale items to be had.

Dope. My fav store in Austin and the deals can’t be beat. Note the lines can be long but they do move things along quickly.

I have been an avid Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack shopper for over 20 years. This Nordstrom Rack is not accommodating for shoppers with children. Both large dressing rooms were vacant and they would not allow me to take the cart in with my two year old child. The rude dressing room attendant Roberta stated, “She can walk, can’t she? ” Fortunately, yes she can, but what happened if she couldn’t? I then asked to speak to a manager and she spoke to me in a condescending tone and wouldn’t allow me to use either one of the larger dressing rooms. Awful customer service. Do NOT shop here if you have children. I will definitely take my business somewhere else.

Who doesn't love nordstrom and a sale? My only downfall for this location is it always seems to be messy. I am no good at searching through sale rack after sale rack. I would almost prefer to shop online and then do any returns at the store. Which btw they are amazing at returns. I buy and return a LOT!

I love Nordstrom Rack for men's apparel. When I need new clothes, Nordstrom Rack is on my list of places to stop.

Too much ordinary boring stuff for the men, for my weird taste. But if u look at, like everything, you will find some choice items at great prices. E.g, i just got a demin jacket i really like for $50.

Not the best nodstom rack I've been to as far as selection and variety go. It's kinda small though they have a ton of shoes

Great selection of shoes! It's hard to find stores that stock shoe sizes larger than 10 for women but Nordstrom Rack has selections up to size 13!

They also have a really nice selection of sunglasses.

Who is way too you're okay using his was wasn't really hard it was only a little aggravating because my my phone died so I had to keep a charge but other than that using GPS maps this is something that you really want one of you I mean this place is like awesome I mean to have light wheelchair entrance they have parking lot you can park just try it out just try to go here is like the coolest.

An outlet that sells all sorts of stuff that did not sell.for crazy prices at their main location. Some of it still expensive as it is designer brand and some strayaway runway fashion that you would not consoder wearing normally.

Though apparel are priced down, it's not necessarily a sale-paradise. Speaking for myself, it's also a hit and miss in terms of what's available. There are a few very prized down items but be prepared to look. When I shopped last week, I discovered that they had clothing with one measurement, and not the usual US/UK/EU sizing. With no explanation of what they translated to, that was extremely impractical.

Nice one stop shopping center with a variety of stores such as Nordstrom Rack, Total Wine, Barnes and Nobles, Party City, PetSmart, DSW, Academy, Home Depot.just to name a few and abunch of restaurants. Bad traffic surrounding though which can make it difficult to make your way around.

Awesome selection of high quality clothing and accessories laid out in an aesthetically appealing manner. Apparel is laid out in easy to find sizing, colors, brands, and styles. Talk about a steal when you find name brand designer items reduced to a more budget friendly household. Staff is very helpful and cashiers are knowledgeable.

Lots of great deals, good prices on high end clothes. Be prepared to dig thru the racks. It's very tidy and organized, but there's a lot there! I love Nordstrom Rack!

Wish there were more plus size clothes and a little more signage to be able to find "my section".
