Not a good place to take your dogs in will never go there again they put something on my girls made them itchy please don't take your dogs there please don't

I wish I could give 0 stars. My first time contacting the establishment and I would NEVER do business with them.
VERY VERY RUDE.
Hung up in face in the middle of conversation. When I called back and asked why she hung up she said because she is busy and I was asking to many questions. If she was that busy she should’ve just not answered instead of being so rude.

Loved this place my dog smells amazing! They also added bows on her and she looks so cute <3

My dog was there 5 times and had great experience until they shaved him to close to the skin on his back side which irritated him for 1 week. I ask for Norma to speak with to mention the previous incident and be assured it would not occur again. Norma was nice however Rudy, decided to chime in very rudely with his bad attitude. He also stated the price was increased to 60.00 from 50.00. My dog is 26 lbs and considered small and mousie looking after his haircut. Rudy's rudeness turned me off as I told him I didn't like his attitude. In response he said he didn't like me, which is fine, but whatever happened to the old saying: customer is always right. I hope Norma teaches Rudy the customer relations aspect of not looking and being condescending, because it cost her my future business and probably others too. I will gladly pay more elsewhere and wish Norma the best as she corrects her staff appropriately.

Recommended, I'm just leaving and I asked them to wash everything for my daughter, it was excellent, they just didn't remove her hair very well, but everything was super fast, like 15 minutes.

Refused to take our dogs after they scheduled an appointment because they claimed, without weighing, that our dog wasn't below 17 pounds. We spent 45 minutes driving to them for them just to tell us they wouldn't take them for grooming. Will never go back to them.

Great place. They always do a great job on my yorkie. Prices are reasonable. I haven't taken her anywhere else since I've found Norma's Petcare.

I was nervous as I pulled up because of the area however Norma PetCare is a very friendly place. They seem very family oriented. Price is extremely great. My pup seem to be happy when I picked him up. I will be a returning customer
