We initially went to a local Jeep dealership to purchase the Grand Cherokee L. Their deal seemed so shady so I told my husband I wanted the new Chevy Traverse we were so happy to be referred to your dealership. Kyle was great he hit all targets as far as color and payment and I’m so happy with my vehicle. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had.

The staff are extremely professional. Their service department is prompt. Their sales staff are first class. They make every effort to get you what you want. The service department is very thorough when doing routine maintenance.
You come away from the service department feeling that the car has been improved to what it was when you bought it.

I came to get an oil change and a tire rotation. The oil was changed but later on that day i noticed my tired had not been rotated. The receipt said it was performed but it was not. I had to come back the next day to have it done. It was an inconvenience. The staff was great but I was told that the service department made their own assessment on whether or not it should be done based on how it “looked”. I specifically asked to have the tires rotated because of the 4,000 mile trip i am about to take. If any other customer asks to have something done to their vehicle, do as they ask. And if you dont do as they ask, at least advise them that it wasn't done and why, and let the customer make that decision. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

The service I received was beyond exceptional! The sales reps Daniel, Chris, Amy and the others made my buying experience stress-free. They were informative, patience, kind and friendly. I love my new ride! I am definitely coming back in the future and I am going to send many referrals their way! The treated me like family. Come here and go no where else for your next vehicle purchase!

I cannot believe how much they charged my dad on his truck.
As much as they charged the truck should have been in good shape.
It smells like cigarettes, the salesman said they would get rid of the cigarette smell.

It’s been a year since purchase and the truck still stinks bad!

I will say that the website needs to be updated with letting customers know Saturday’s are by appointments only, I recently got a new car a month ago and I ended up getting a nail in my tire, I took it on Saturday because I saw service was opened only to be told it was by appointment only which it did not say that on the website. I do have warranty on tires and I did not want to take it somewhere else and void any warranty and I was not comfortable driving with a spare with a 4month old in the back, had I had known how Saturday’s are ran I would’ve made other arrangements. In the end, Service did take care of me and I am very thankful. I appreciate them taking care of my vehicle, and taking care of me too. I now know about Saturday’s and I will schedule as needed but the website should really be updated and not misleading.

Bret made our experience completely trash. We drove a whole hour just off of his promise to hold a trailblazer for us just for us to pull up and a lady is in the car he SUPPOSEDLY held the keys to. Its very frustrating because at first he was super nice and cool over the phone but getting there and he was stuttering. Like sir why lie?

Anyways he passed us to Cal and he was super awesome. He was very informative but he knew we were upset about the situation and he did apologize for Brett but we were both already upset. We really do appreciate Cal help and expertise on the vehicle. Congratulations to him on his bundle of joy.

I came here specifically to work with Brett Barr who was highly recommended by multiple people I know. He was so patient, empathetic, intentional and understanding through the whole process. I don’t think I would have trusted anyone else. He met my needs, took his time and I got a beautiful brand new vehicle with a great interest rate. He's also been great with answering my questions and proactively following up with me. There's a reason why he's the top salesman, and he's genuinely a kind hearted good man.

I am in the process of buying a pre-owned car with this dealership and my experience has been pleasant so far. Josue and Jhonatan have been extremely helpful and the financing department clarified any questions we had as first time buyers. Also, something extremely important about this place is the fact that they won’t try to sell you any warranty packages or extra fees that are commonly included in the out of the door price in most of the dealerships. They stick with the announced price and only charge you for registration and state fees. I was also able to negotiate the full price which was very good since most dealerships will tell you they won’t negotiate prices on used cars. Lastly, they will clean and fix the car before delivering to my place. I strongly recommend them!

The sales and service departments are the best I have ever experienced. My purchase of 22 Corvette was great kudos to Brett Barr. Thanks to Trevor in the service department for putting up with my center striping problem. Every chance I get I strongly recommended Norman Frede for a C8 purchase. Because of the honest no-mark up sales. Unlike other dealerships that are marking the cars thousands of dollars over MSRP.

I have had my truck with other dealerships many times with the same transmission problem. They were never able or willing to find the problem. One test ride with Phil and he knew what we need to do to make it better. He is a very valuable part of your service department. My truck drives great now. I will be back and will be recommending your service department to friends and family. Thank you very much.

Service Reps are rude and are liars. They say they fix the problem, but never do on the first visit. Especially if it's warranty work. They fix whatever is cheaper even if it forces the customer to come back. 1 repair they didn't even look at the problem and they said everything was fixed.

My Wife and I looked at a lot of trucks, but after meeting with Kyle, Caroline told Kyle "that we were buying the Colorado and that we were buying it from him". Kyle was very friendly and even though Carolina does not speak very good English he went out of his way to make sure she was part of all of the conversations.

We are completely happy with the repair work that was performed. But, I could not give you 5 stars because the techs left so much grease in the carpet from their boots. I will be bringing back the Tahoe for cleanup.

Was given a very warm welcome in Service by Jose Guevara and I have always admired that policy at Norman Frede. It's a welcome change, not often found anywhere else. My appointment was made on the telephone and Service Advisor was "Lenny" Gordon. The Technician got my Silverado in the shop in a very timely manner and programmed three (3) key fobs and Lenny checked to verify that all were working and sent me on my way. JOB well done by Lenny and the Technician. JOB WELL DONE BY ALL THE NORMAN FREDE SERVICE DEPT. Thanks for coffee and the hospitality by Trever Craigie and Breanna Stafford.

Once again servicing my now vintage Corvette was done without a hiccup. The Parts (Jesse) and Service (Trever) Departments did an outstanding job. The techs in the back working in this heat have my admiration for a job well done.
