From the point of contact by our gracious hostess, to the well assembled menu items. It was a experience to remember indefinitely, and the food was beyond delicious.
You're not going to be disappointed nor leave there hungry. We highly encourage and recommend this diner to all who visit Carrollton.

Must have recently changed hands or cooks because the last few times we had eaten here our portions were much smaller and the food was definitely not cooked properly like we were used to. It's just not at all the same. Not returning.

Yes, we visited this Norma's. When my Son asked if I wanted to go? Naturally I said yes. I had know ideal we would travel extra miles. All I know is the Davis location. He said we're going to all locations. Good experience.

We go to Normas about twice a week. Serves are great and friendly. I love their chicken and dressing and their big Ole cinnamon roll. Best breakfast around too.

Salad chocked full of white lettuce with zero nutritional value. Haven't been in a while so could've just been timing or for availability. Great for breakfast food I know. Burgers are pretty good.

There was very little staff. Never did receive all my food items. The meat loag was heavy & hard to cut & eat. My mashed potatoes were thick, dry & cold. I was so disappointed in the experience! I enjoy the decore & atmosphere.

Been going to normas for a while now, but the last few times I went I’ve ordered the country fried steak it’s been more bread then steak.

Great place and location. Food was as good as looked. Home style cooking for home style taste. No complaints from me food was fresh and hot

Lacks the authenticity of the original Oak Cliff location but it's in Addison. The food is still dependable good. Very noisy because of acoustics & loud music.

Allie was magnificent and the "scratch" meatloaf was just as magnificent! 3 sides: if you leave hungry, it is your own fault. Get rolls (and maybe a dessert) AND that just won't happen! Very very tasty: thank You everybody

Chicken fried chicken was delicious as always. Tried the fried pickles today, which we're very tasty, but I think our 1 year old like them even more!

Good food cooked very well. I don't like my pork chops fried hard. They cooked it just like I loved it.

I am changing ing my review to poor handling of issue by a Manager. He had the nerve to to get smart, tell me to check my order before. I leave when my husband picked my order up due to my disability. Not being considered, asking me do I want to come back for more grits. How inconsiderate of you as a Manager. When I spend my money. I want to he treated right.

Kitschy old fashioned dîner with favorites from yesteryear and the matching decor. They even have merch! Food is what you'd expect, hearty and good if not exactly the healthiest. Value for dollar is excellent and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Really good food had the best chicken fried steak I've had in awhile the wait staff was really nice physical distancing and all safety protocol was being followed I would highly suggest anyone to go check out this place oh did I mention the pie was excellent

Let's just say I live in Carrollton and won't be coming to this location ever again. I rather drive to the Oak Cliff location for better service, The waitress was not attentive, and the whole restaurants atmosphere was just off.

I loved the chicken fried chicken it was delicious. Only problem is that we waited a while for our food and there was no apple pie. I could tell that they were short waitresses. They definitely need some help because the service was lacking.

The food and service we're very good. I had the chicken Fried Steak and it was so good. Corn was a little bland but the mashed potatoes made up for it.

Food was good, service was good but it did take awhile for my server to come check on me. I saw her when she took my order & when I was ready to leave. I was hoping she'd come back sooner so I could get my order fixed. But overall it's a great place to eat & big portions.

The food was absolutely amazing! And the service was even better. I felt so welcomed and warm eating there. Hands down, the best food and service I’ve had in a long while.

I ordered the Chicken fried BLT for my daughter and buffalo Bites as well
The Service was GREAT, the Food was delicious and It wastoo much for us.we were stuffed and could not finish! Had a great first visit will definitely repeat!
