6I have attended conference here every year in a row for the last few years. Very nice serving staff, lunch is always decent, and the space is clean and flexible. Parking is always a bit of a challenge if you get there late, but I believe event organizers will try to help get reserved parking as much as possible.
We had a nice outing here for the Princess Party.it was a very comfortable environment for the children, and they loved being here. The place was cozy and clean. The only issue that we had was from the parking garage. There were no proper signs to this conference hall. All in all this was a nice outing for our granddaughter.
Attended an all day conference here today. First impression was not great. There are two main reasons for 3 stars.
1) map pin takes you to the wrong location when you type in the address. After walking several blocks in high heels, trying to actually find the conference center, we weren’t off to the best start. Innumerable people complained about not being able to find it, which made them late. Suggest putting Z Gallerie or Sur La Table into your GPS to actually find the conference center.
2) The chairs were so uncomfortable, it was the talk around every water cooler all day long. Towards the end of the day, innumerable people chose to stand (many in high heels in the back), or sit outside on the sofas because the chairs were so uncomfortable, it was intolerable.
The positives: once we found location, it was easy to find our conference room inside. It’s a typical conference center, nice looking and overall in good condition. The staff were prompt, helpful, and kept the food and beverage stations stocked and orderly. They cleared tables timely so we didn’t have a bunch of dirty dishes sitting out. Bathrooms were close, well cleaned and stocked.
Attended a 3 day conference there. Staff was friendly & helpful (especially the parking staff!) Facility was nice, lots of green space outdoors.
I attended here for a three-day conference. The facility and staff are both very nice.
I would leave more stars but while the venue had a very nice atmosphere and good staff, I felt the food was extremely lacking chicken nuggets with marinara and cheese on top, meatballs soaked and only what I can describe as sweet and sour sauce. If they were to improve the food it would be a five-star.
