The staff are such nerds about the animals I bring. I rarely have questions during a visit because they're so nowlegldgable. There's always an intense tenderness expressed toward my animal companions, whether it's a feisty snake or a fluffy kitty. I feel at home here.

They're very loving for their animals they care for, it shows! Adoptions are very easy and they give great add ons like food to cover you for a while, the first visit back for shots or anything they'll need If a puppy is adopted they take great care of you as an adoptee and assure all information is received and understood before leaving. I highly recommend this place

Fantastic vet! We were so pleased with how thoughtful and caring they were with our pup. They weren’t pushy on anything and just truly wanted to give our dog the best care.

Great experience! Did my kitten’s first vet check up here and it went so smoothly. Staff is so friendly and involved, everyone was so loving towards her. Vet techs are very sweet and knowledgeable, they explain everything and answer any questions. The doctor was great. Loved it here! So knowledgeable and kind to our pets. We do travel contract work and have taken our animals to vets all over the country. None of them have impressed me like this place. It's wonderful.

I visited NAH for help getting travel documents for an international trip with my cat. Dr. Pena was very knowledge and extremely helpful in the entire process. She was very patient in answering all of my questions, gave recommendations to help reduce my cat's anxiety during the flight, and was there to assist with any bumps along the road. I can't recommend Dr. Pena and NAH enough to anyone needing help with pet travel.

I met Kristin Little Monday earlier this week after a lot of deliberating over whether or not put down my fifteen-year-old golden retriever, Nellie. Even under these sad and strained circumstances, Kristin treated us with dignity and respect and just the right amount of flexibility the situation deserved. She was able to convey compassion despite our brief introduction and somehow knew what we needed without having to ask. For that, I am truly grateful.

North Austin Animal Hospital is the best vet I have been to! I’ve been going here for years, my mom and I have always taken our pets here. I recently moved to New Braunfels and tried some vets in the area but ultimately made the hour long trek each way to go to North Austin! Dr. Peña (Piña? Not sure on spelling) is so amazing to the animals and their people! Everyone at the clinic is warm and friendly. Highly recommend

They take great care of my fur babies. Both of my cats and my dogs are all known by name. All my animals act like they can’t wait to get inside if I have to bring them to get fixed up, even if they’re sick.

Had an 11/10 experience as a first time client with a sick kitty. Staff showed patience and kindness. Dr. Little took extra time to explain everything and make me and Toad feel welcome and comfortable. Will be recommending NAAH to other pet owners and continuing to seek care here.

Former employee here, North Austin Animal Hospital continues to be the best place to bring your pet in Austin. Dr. Little, Dr. Heppner, and the techs saved my puppies life. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

This is the best vet in town. I see Dr Peña for all of my exotic animal needs. I run a sugar glider rescue and they have seen probably over 200 of my gliders at this point. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are really quick to respond to emails and texts. They are almost never running behind, so the appointments are fast. They’re also usually not booked out very far so it’s easy to get appointments in the same week that I call. I highly recommend this office for any exotic animal care. I also take my cats here and they’re really gentle with my skittish cat. I couldn’t be happier with this office!
