Went here to Dr Danawala for ESWT Shock wave therapy. Staff and Dr were great people, never had to wait very long when arrive for treatment. Had six treatments at $300 each. Zero effect or improvement. Don't waste your money. Did not know how to rate stars, so picked middle. Treatments do not work. Waste of hard earned money.

I gave it one star, but only because I could not write my opinion unless I did. Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had. The office staff is very unfriendly. From the first day I walked into their office they were extremely rude. They texted and left an automated voicemail on my phone that they were charging my credit card for a service that was done more than 3 months prior. Stating that their credit card machine didn't work that day. The voicemail and text came at 6 pm when their office closed at 4: 45 pm. There was no way to reach them after that. I would have gladly paid them if they had called and explained to me the situation. Instead they just took the money from my checking account. With tough times going on right now they have no way of knowing my finical situation. That could have been the last of my money. I had no way of being prepared, or even giving me a choice for another way of payment. This is not good customer service. No one should be treated this way.

Staff was amazing, Dr. Danawala helped answer any questions for in regards to my mother condition. Also would like to thank Melanie the appointment schedule for returning my call promptly. She was very helpful and generous. She provided me her direct number with extension included for any future appointments. Brittany overall was generous and nice. She answered all my questions.

Today I received a call from a girl at the office. She asked me for results for a patient that did not come into my office. After letting her know that she gave me attitude then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another girl and she was friendly but it turns out that patient doesn’t even exist in their system. I would not recommend using them for anything if that’s the level of professionalism that they provide to another medical office.

THE EXPERIENCE AT THIS OFFICE IS HORRIBLE! I am currently pregnant I had kidney stones and hydronephrosis the urologist placed a stint in my kidney. I currently still have the stones when I called the doctors office they stated that they would be able to do the surgery now they are saying I owe so much money from 6 years ago which I don’t! This is so poor service! THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL AND SUPER GHETTO! I am pregnant and have a stint placed inside me this is ridiculous I am only 23 years old and having to deal with this! I am so appalled and upset about this whole entire situation.

I have received again to pay a bill already paid. And I cannot get in contact by phone. Frustrating.

I want to thank Dr. Lieman and Dr. Allen for taking care of me for the past 11 months. Dr. Lieman was concerned and went above and beyond to help diagnose my issue. After the issue was found I was then referred to Dr. Allen. In September of 2018 he performed Robotic Pyeloplasty surgery and then 4 weeks later removed my stent. During this time he as well as the staff and nurses answered all my questions and made me feel not like a patient, but like family. Their concern was genuine. I must say outsiders that have gone through the same thing as myself had me anxious and worried. But please believe me when I say I could not have asked for a better team of doctors to help me in this journey. Doctors are not your therapists (at least not Urologists) so I’m not looking for people to sugar coat things or hold my hand a long the way. I would highly recommend Dr. Allen and Dr. Lieman. Staff is not friendly at all.however, Sharon the assistant was the only friendly person! She was very polite and professional! As I was waiting to be called to a room I must have came across about 5 employees not one person was smiling or said hello. I just didn’t feel very welcomed. I am all about the service! If I am going to pay $600+ per month for a good insurance plan I expect to be treated well.

If unprofessional rude staff, uncaring physicians, horrible inter-office communication, "piss poor" attitude (pun intended) and waiting for hours is what you 're looking for, this is your office!

Dr. Liehman is an expert I had a condition which was stopping me from having a child with my wife. We tried a few weeks after the procedure was done by the masterful Dr.and she was pregnant. He diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. 1,000,000 thank yous Dr. Liehman.

I NEVER write reviews but my experience with this office has been terrible. Baylor Frisco ER sent me to them with kidney stone issues and the staff is TERRIBLE at returning calls or getting info to patients. I was in an emergency situation and needed a call back ASAP and kept getting sent to random voicemails. Also I received very little follow up from my doctor after surgery and am still left with lots of unanswered questions. Poor staff and poor experience.

I've used Dr Lieman twice in the past 8 years for kidney stone issues. Wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.

N Dallas Urology, whom I'd used ~ 10 years, waited until today to cancel an appointment I've had for weeks over a past due bill, violating the law in the process. Unprofessional and obviously more interested in their profit margin over their patients healthcare needs. When I scheduled this appointment, the lady who handled scheduling my appointment snickered when I tried explaining part of my issue. I am very unhappy and will not be back.

Though I like Dr. Stringer, the staff/nurse is TERRIBLE at returning calls and filling prescriptions in a timely manner - they can't even meet their 48 hour window for getting back to the pharmacy with said refill. So I think the Doc is pretty good, but I am going to start looking for another Doc due to the terrible staff.

Had a first time appt. For my husband. Get there and told they called me to cancel. I got a call confirming it. Never got one to cancel and no VM. Not happy and they were not professional. No missed calls either. Dr Leiman. Was told he wasn't in the office this week. Hub had to take the day off for the appt. No offer to the reschedule or when the dr has another appt available. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL place.

I am a combat veteran and spent 10 years of my life serving our country of my free will which was not about money but purpose.
Before I continue, yes indeed I have insurance.
I am appalled at how this facility and so many other medical facilities are just all about one thing "money" It's no longer about helping people it's souly about money. Dr. Vince Rogenes and his associates here at North Dallas Urology only make it seem like they care until the money portion of the aspect comes into play. Frisco, Baylor does not have a payment plan and Dr. Rogenes refuses to switch hospitals just so I can have a payment plan to pay off my bill. Given the fact that I have 40% of my bill to pay upon surgery, there should be some kind of help in that aspect. We aren't repairing a car here, we are talking about my body, my livelihood, my health, yet this office refuses. Since he would not switch hospitals, they suggested I come back in for another appointment to see another doctor that will do the surgery at another hospital. So they are trying to make me pay another office visit just to get a second opinion.
Their over here passing me around because my money isn't as crispy as the next persons.

And that's all I see here. Do not go to this office because their values are totally wrong. It's not about helping people, it's only about your money. They could care less about what happens to me and you.
