I have a complex hearing disorder and I am impressed with the time and care Dr. McDonald always takes to help me get the best results I can expect. At times, I've been very frustrated trying to adjust to the reality of the disorders and she has given the care needed to make it much less frustrating. And, I'm also always impressed with the welcome Charmaine, the office staff, extends. I have only good things to say about the whole experience. Donna Stewart

Charmaine is such a sweet lady when you walk in the door. She's extremely attentive and kind, its like having a family member when you walk in the door.

Dr. DeSplinter is my audiologist here and she's absolutely amazing. While I never want anyone to have hearing loss I love that my doctor can actually RELATE to my situation. She understands on a personal level and her caring nature shines through. I was in a panic because my insurance has an exclusion on hearing aids and she gave me all of my financial options, thank goodness for Care Credit. I no longer have to decide between my financial wellbeing and being able to live a fuller life.

Dr DeSplinter is hands down the best. She did not rush me during the appointment, answered all my questions throughly, engaged with me on my thoughts and questions, and spent ample of time with me during my first appointment. She had me wear demo hearing aids during the appointment so I could see how they felt and how I could hear. She is very personable, with an incredible bedside manner, which I think is hard to come by these days with doctors. My second appointment for my hearing aids fitting and instructions went great as well, she spent time getting everything connected to my phone, instructions on how to insert them, etc. 10/10 recommend!

Very professional, friendly and helpful. Dr Roberta Desplinter especially went beyond the call and assisted me in what i needed to meet my hearing goals in the time frame i was given. The staff at both the Hurst and Richland Hills locations were great. I couldnt recommend them more highly.

The staff and Dr.at the Hearing and Balance Center were wonderful. They met our needs and my Mother's hearing has improved so much. She said she felt like crying she was so happy.

It was an amazing experience knowing that they actually work I can hear she was very knowledgeable very empathetic to my needs and hearing and empathetic to my wife who has to deal with my not hearing it was a good experience all the way around and thank you very much for your being there on my journey

Dr Zahn did a great job mapping my processor. I literally went in saying. HUH.about 50 times a day and walked out of her office saying HUH about twice a day. Everyone I came in contact with at Anderson Audiology was very pleasant and professional. The waiting area and exam rooms were clean and in order. I highly recommend Anderson Audiology. Coffee in the waiting area!

Staff was beyond professional, kind, courteous and understanding. Absolutely max rating for Miss DeSplinter. A total sweetheart whom understood my circumstances. A consumate professional. Highly recommend for those who require hearing assistance.

People were friendly; no problem there. They seemed to me to be professional in their presentation. What bothered me is I had already gone through the extensive hearing test done by their company not that long ago. I was told I qualified for the Cochlear implant. Then, more recently another of their doctors sent me to this facility after stating I definitely qualified for the Cochlear implant. So, I went to this location ready to set up the procedure with medicare paying. But now, they tell me at this facility I must go to yet another facility to take the hearing test again. It seems to me many people are getting a part of the medicare pay pie. Imagine being 77 years old and being shuffled from one facility to another. The biggest thing I can see is more and more people/facilities get to cash in on medicare money. At my age, I don't have the energy to make several trips to find out, that at first, I was qualified and then to be shuffled to one facility after another to find out maybe I am, and maybe I am not qualified. When you can't hear it is very frustrating to attempt to listen to more and more people. It seemed to me this is more a set-up to get people in to sell them expensive hearing aids. Jim Chappell

Very prompt and professional services! Hearing test and evaluation was a cakewalk along with the ear mold impressions! Now to wait for the hearing aids to come in for the fitment and audio calibration. Great work guys!
