Place was freeze and the fire alarm was going off for 1/2 hour.

The food was decent, but the servers took my appetizer to give to someone else and I was having low blood sugar. The also auctioned off my dessert to someone else.

Kane our server made or dishes specially vegan just for us. We really felt taken care of here and the food came out excellent!

The menu features classic dishes like pizza and pasta, which are hit-or-miss in authenticity and flavor. Service is inconsistent, ranging from attentive to slow. Prices are moderate, making it a reasonable option for casual dining.

The food here was amazing. Service was great. My ONLY red flag was that the bathrooms were super gross, and it wasn’t that busy. Attention to detail only makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. But- without seeing that, everything else was great. For the price, please clean the bathrooms.

My waiter was wonderful. I truly enjoyed celebrating my birthday there solo may I add. It was truly an honor to be there as a guest.

I had seafood pasta dish, it was called RICOTTA CAVATELLI. Was not the biggest serving size, Had cream type sauce was very good. Shared a pizza as well that was very good too

Appetizer and dessert was incredibly good. The chicken parmagian was average. Good experience overall.

Prime location in downtown Dallas with available parking. Food is just ok, nothing special.

I regret to share that my recent order from North Italia was a complete disaster. The pasta and pizza, typically delightful, failed to meet the usual standards and tasted far from their expected flavors. Despite expressing my concerns through feedback, the lack of response from the management is both awful and unprofessional. It's disheartening when a restaurant fails to address customer feedback promptly. I hope North Italia takes immediate steps to enhance its communication and address customer concerns for a better dining experience.

First off Zane was awesome, very attentive and had a great sense of humor!

Food was delicious and the drinks, although it did take a little long to get a couple times, they were perfection. The Margarita was mixed very well. Chicken Parm was crispy and seasoned very well!

As for the ambiance, the table we were sat at was kind of annoying. With the weather being cold that evening, everytime the door opened you were hit with it.

Overall great place, great service and tasty food!

Nice restaurant but the food if you want to drink beers is fine but if you want to eat authentic Italian food please no bother. T

I had the Spratzonni or some thing.chicken, spinach, pine nuts, & Parmesan sauce…! 10/10! Maybe add roasted tomatoes

Waited for over an hour for food to come out to find out that the waiter didn’t put our order in. Like just straight up forgot. Nothing was comped, not that it matters I don’t need the money just the fact that it wasn’t offered was odd. In fact we gave our waitress our credit card to close us out and check on the food, she came back and had closed us out and said our order has been "lost". With zero explanation or apology. We weren’t checked on once. It’s comical how bad the service is. We got two appetizers, one came out 30 min after ordering. Did I mention the waitress never checked on us after taking our order, food and drinks were brought out by runners. We had to flag her down. We arrived at 6 and left at 7: 20 during that time span my wife, my daughter and I had one drink and two appetizers. Sitting at a table in the main restaurant area and not the bar. This whole ordeal made me and my family late to an event that we had purchased tickets for. Unbelievable bad service. Will not be back, ever.
