I want to start of by saying that I have been knowing Mark the owner since 1996 since I was 17 and I am now 41 great guy! My 19yr old daughter got in a wreck which wasn't her fault which she was in a 05 Honda Accord. The insurance said it was totaled, o never believed that and knew it could be fixed. I showed Mark the pictures of the car and he said he could fix it. When it was finished the car brought back to life Mark and his crew did a PHENOMENAL JOB! I would recommend ANYONE to N. Lamar Auto Body Shop its great place to take your car if it needs to fixed on any level a small wreck or big wreck like my issue was.

Found this shop on Yelp, and my gosh, I am thankful I did.
Everything from start to finish was a breeze, and Mark the owner is so friendly, honest and absolutely a pleasure to work with.

My truck was involved in a hit and run, and sustained damaged to my left back bumper.

I had a close friend who is also a mechanic look at the damage, before taking it in to North Lamar Auto Body Shop, and he told me it will be around $1,500 to fix the damage.

A few days later, I met Mark, by myself for an estimate at North Lamar Auto Body Shop, and he said the same thing.it was going to cost $1,500. He never once tried to claim it more damage than there actually was, never tried to inflate or pad the bill to my insurance or to me. My bumper was hanging off when I went to get my estimate, and he even rigged it up for me for free, just to help me out. This was before I even agreed to have him fix my truck, he’s just an overall nice guy.

I’ve taken other cars to other body shops in the past, and they ALWAYS try to tell you the damages are going to be more than they really are, especially if you are going thru your insurance. They are just trying to scam you and the insurance company out of more money. And if they are trying to scam the insurance, they are probably shady in other ways too. Have you ever heard a body shop say, “we are going to have to paint the two connecting panels, so it all blends.that’ll be another 3-4k? ” All lies. No need for blending or replacing other than the panel that has the damage on it.

My truck was finished in 6 days, 3 days shorter than expected.
It looks brand spanking new. A perfect job.

He kept me informed throughout the process, I never once had to call him to check –in, on my truck.
He called me every 2 days to update me on the process, and the insurance dealings.
He dealt directly with my insurance so it made everything for me a breeze.

He even has cars for you to use while you’re car is being repaired, and will let you use them for free, so you don’t have to pay for a rental. He will even give you a ride home if you need it.

Mark goes above and beyond for his customers, and I was relieved to see a business owner who actually care about his customers.

If you are going thru your insurance, you don’t pay anything until you pick up your car or truck.

I took my car to 3 shops before finding North Lamar Auto Body Shop and no one could remove my rusted-on license plates. These guys fixed the problem immediately! Quick, efficient and excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

Have a 2018 Camry XSE. I had damage on my front bumper and door that I shopped around to get quotes on. While a shop down the street just a mile away quoted me thousands, Mark from North Lamar Auto Body quoted me a little less than half that. Of course, I'm worried because sometimes price really reflects quality.but a couple grand extra was a lot.

I ultimately went with Mark here because of all the reviews (I chose to crowdtrust) and Mark gave me a feeling he could be trusted. Was worried throughout the process, with a hiccup that required a little more money, but ultimately when I came back to get the car it was perfect. You could not tell at a glance if there was damage prior. If you looked closely at the door, the reflection wasn't smooth/perfect like the undamaged door, but it was minor. Happy with the work, will recommend.

Such a nice guy! Really helped me a lot when I got rear ended and needed my license plate lights fixed. Very helpful, 100% recommend.

I brought my Fathers truck to Mark a few weeks ago for some front end damage. Mark was great to deal with and even gave me a ride back to my work place after a dropped the truck off for repairs.
A week later I got the truck back and it looks amazing. My father is so happy he has his vehicle back.

Mark has been super helpful and very kind. He found a new car for me after my old car was totaled in a car wreck.

The majority of reviews you'll read about this place, including mine, tell you the real deal. Mark and his team did an excellent job on fixing my fender bender. They even helped replace a part on my suspension even though they market themselves as a body shop. The repair took a mere two days and turned out excellent.

The property doesn't look like much, but don't be fooled because NLABS believes in hard work and customer satisfaction which are what really matter.
