We have used this storage unit twice and never had any issues. It’s clean and secure. Prices are competitive, especially with the housing market the way it is. Some storage units in the Heights area are way overpriced. I highly recommend using North Loop Storage!

EDIT: they keep raising monthly rates, and I'm beginning to question the value of this place compared to other climate controlled storage available.

I want to give this place 5 stars, but they don't have a cover in the loading area so rain becomes a serious problem, and the gate isn't accessible 24 hours. The big benefit to this place is there's zero chance it'll flood. It's elevated a ton, and it'd take biblical level flooding to cause it problems. Literally the #1 reason I chose this place.

I highly recommend North Loop Storage for all your storage needs. Annabel and Emmanuel are wonderful staff members and go above and beyond to assist.

The location was ideal, place was safe, clean and the staff was phenomenal. We mostly dealt with Emmanuel, an exceptional young man who went over and beyond making sure we had all of our questions answered. He was very professional and courteous, even stayed past closing time to help my brother and I figure out what size unit will work best for us if we were to lease an additional unit. If I return to Houston I will most definitely lease a storage unit here again.

Super great experience at the North Loop Self Storage! I rented a climate controlled unit on the third floor for about three months. It was so simple to reserve the unit online before I showed up. When I arrived, Anabel and Emmanuel were friendly, helpful, and professional. They thoroughly explained the security systems, the process for entering and leaving, and how the lift works. There are even a couple of dolly flats available for customers. When my time there was over, I rented a UHaul truck. They explained mileage rates and offered to let me keep the truck longer that day if I needed it. The entire process, starting with the competitive prices and the easy to use website for registration, through the checkout, was painless and actually pleasant. 20 out of 10 I'd use them again. Great customer service.

This place makes storage rental easy! It’s centrally located for us urban folk and the reservation process was clear and concise thanks to Emmanuel’s exceptional help. Fair rates, easy access drive-up units, and solid staffing.
