Visited from Austin, Casper from the dealership was great to work with. On time, informative and a fun personality. We were provided with a comprehensive packet about the vehicle ex: all the soft copies about the vehicle history, virtual tour etc. Vehicle was kept on hold for us even though it was a weekend. Gave us detailed information about the vehicle while driving, talked us through what we're looking for and how it fits our routine. It was a smooth interaction. Would recommend and visit again in future.

Jennifer Hale was great helping me locate a new car. She took the time to drive me to all the lots and went on line searching for what I wanted. She even went to Matt Barrientez to look at auction sites, where they found just the right car. Because of there professional and patience I will always buy my cars from North Park!

Michelle and Michael are very helpful and knowledgeable. Process was very easy and they explained everything. Service was so much better here than at Cavenders. (we were on the fence about what car to get) Michelle was personable and made sure we were taken care of. We love the new car, perfect fit for our family and needs. We got a slightly used 2023 lincoln aviator. We do recommend the maintenance package we feel it is well worth it. Thanks for excellent service.

Service writer Zach and his tech, are extremely incompetent. Returning a vehicle in a worse condition then what it went in for is unacceptable
on all levels. After getting the run around for a week in regards to my Lincoln Navigator. I was told that the heater coolant line was leaking fluid the day prior to pick up. The SUV was supposed to be tore down for a week waiting on parts. Not once had this been mention when pulling the car into the shop. Literally the day prior to pick up. Additional parts replaced on the vehicle that absolutely nothing to do with the service nor were we notified. The service writer telling my wife upon pick up. "Oh we changed solenoids just because we had to pass them to get to the root cause. We did it at no charge". A three to four day service went on for 8 days! No updates and complete run around. I can not accept this at all from such a supposed prestigious dealership. Poor performance all around, would certainly consider never purchasing a vehicle from them again in the future, based on this interaction. A great relationship ruined over poor representation.

Great experience buying a new to me truck! My salesman was attentive without being pushy, knowledgeable, and willing to do everything he could for my deal. I even discovered a small problem after the delivery and they immediately came up with a world class solution. We couldn't be more happy that we chose North Park Lincoln for our purchase! I'll definitely come back to work with Shelby Corpus again!

I went to North Park Lincoln after looking on their site for a pre-owned vehicle. I found a few that I wanted to look at and test drive. I sent in my inquiry, they set me up with Casper and Joseph. I am a very strong believer in that everything happens for a reason. They were the perfect team for me! So patient! I looked at about 4 - 5 vehicles over the course of 3 days. I was nervous in looking at used cars as all of my previous vehicles, Toyotas, were all purchased New, but: 1. Lincoln doesn't make the MKZ anymore (that's what I purchased. A beautiful Reserve model that I absolutely LOVE) and 2.even if they did, it would be out of my price range for a brand new one. Each day I went, Casper was so helpful, never looked, acted or appeared to be annoyed with me even though I was annoying myself lol with feeling indecisive, but he was always so nice, and so patient. I never felt pressured or made to feel as though I was wasting their time. His assistant, Joseph, was very helpful as well. Him too, very responsive and attentive and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable doing business with them. Even the finance representative was awesome. Overall it was a great experience and I love my car, and happy that I went to North Park Lincoln and had the best sales team I've ever dealt with.

I called the NP Lincoln service department today for advice on how to remove my lift gate struts because my lift gate wouldn't close, I was told by the "advisor" that he couldn't help me out and I just needed to bring it in. I called another Lincoln dealership in the RGV and was given step by step instructions how to remove it. I have purchased my last two Lincoln's here in SA. Not good.

Best experience ever at a dealership. Amazing costumer service from Greg the greeter, Casper and Joseph with sales to Gil in financing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
