Just went to pick up a part for my car. Young man who assist me and guide me, tell me where to go (service center) was very polite.

Let me just say that my experience at NorthPark Mazda was an experience I will never forget. Trust me when I say this…. Ive purchased a lot of vehicles through out the years and this has been by far the best experience because of one sales consultant that I had the pleasure of not only meeting but actually got to know him way before I walked into the dealership.

What more can I say about this man. From the time I arrived at the dealership till the time he handed me the keys, he was respectful, kind, professional and most importantly he was a listener. Tony was never pushy.he was honest about everything.in other words he didn’t hide anything from me. Everything was laid out on the table per say and he was transparent as you can possibly be.

Because of Mr. Castillo, you have a loyal NorthPark Mazda customer. So if you’re reading this and are in the market for a vehicle… ask for Tony Castillo. Call him and get to know him before coming in.that’s what I did and glad I did. He made the buying process so seamlessly smooth.

Also Chris.who I believe is the finance manager was great in working with me in what I wanted and expected from my deal. Surpassed all my expectations.

Monica, who I saw last to sign and finalize documents was great as well. She presented me with products but NEVER forced them on me. She was polite and professional.and pretty cool.

Well maintained.
The salesman I interacted with, was not very knowledgeable on the vehicles listed on the website.
Ultimately the price was not reasonable for the quality of the used vehicle I was looking at. Miscoordinations and ill aligned communication between their staff ultimately led me to visit another lot.
If I were looking for a new Mazda, I may visit this dealership; however, I do not believe I would consider them again for a used vehicle.

Very pleased with my experience at North Park Mazda. I'll be taking delivery of my new Mazda 3 (priced barely above MSRP- crazy in today's market!) tomorrow, and the NP Mazda team has made the purchase super smooth. My sales consultant was Joshua Delgado, who's very easy-going, but willing to put in the legwork. My experience here was fantastic. Tony wasn’t pushy like some other salesmen we met while trying to find a car. He spent time finding me the car that fit me best and he did a great job. I love my CX-5! Rick also helped a ton in finance. I showed up with my own financing but he was able to get me a rate that’s more than a point lower. Well I’d been looking for a good truck with low mileage for over a month and to be honest I wasn’t expecting to stop here but I parked in their lot to look up other locations and my wife in the passenger seat pointed out a beauty right in the lot we were at! “North park Mazda”, I got was immediately assisted by one of the car salesmen Tony Castillo and I explained to him my budget and plans and in no time I was driving off in A 2017 GMC Sierra with less than 40k miles on it! One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had! I went in to look at a Miata and was greeted instantly. My salesman was Bobby Villegas who took me through a test drive and gave me the run down of the vehicle. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, upfront, and honest. Scheduled a first Service for my car that I bought at another dealership. Everything went well & they even helped me with some of the technology that had not been shown to me before.

Always a great experience. I've been going for years starting with my Rx8 as they were the only ones I trusted to handle things I couldn't change out myself without damaging. Service rep Santiago L.has top notch customer service never disappointing when I stop in from time to time since 2013. They lend assistance when needed with great integrity. Definitely recommend this dealership/serive dept. They've always assisted in vehicles as well however I'm more impressed with the service dept.

The buying experience was just enjoyably different. The dealership is elegantly decorated, the staff are warmly welcoming, and the customer service Sales and Service) is top notch. Martin Contreras was the Sales professional who patiently walked me through the process, made sure no unnecessary waiting took place, patiently answered all of my questions and has consistently followed up to make sure I’m loving my Mazda. Do yourself a favor and ask for Matt Shipper in sales. Had to purchase a vehicle and scoured the market from Houston to Corpus to find one during this buyer's market. After visiting several dealerships in the Austin and New Braunfels area, I was quickly reminded of why I intensely dislike looking for a car- slick sales people, pressure tactics and a shark tank dynamic- until I landed at North Park Mazda. What a relief to be in capable, professional hands. The car I went to see sold on my way from Austin to San Antonio and I found another there that was a perfect fit. No pressure from Matt and he was fantastic about communicating with me before, during and after the sale. Also, kudos to both Dale, Service Manager, and Matt S, who retrieved the keys to my rental that I locked in the car. This purchase was a seamless process from start to finish. Love these guys! I am a client for North Park Mazda since 2013, and my experience with Mazda it has been good.
I have to give good credits to service department, every single one of them are good, but mainly I have to give lots of credits to Santiago. I haven't given any, review but I think he deserves to have a glowing review. Anytime I come to Mazda, bringing my car for services. He always has this upbringing & positive attitude no matter how the days go. As a costumer/client, I feel that he values me as a client, and he would do his best to meet my expectations.
