North Park Subaru, San Antonio TX

We live in D/FW we were in San Antonio for a birthday party and we had time to kill. We decided to check out the local Subaru dealership on a Saturday looking for a car for my daughter. We just happened to come across the Sport Forrester Subaru which was not available in the D/FW area with a used one in great condition. Renee the salesperson was wonderful I did not feel pressure to buy but he was very informative and told me if I want this car I need to put down a deposit while we were in the process several other people wanted to look at the car. So we did take his advice. I brought my daughter back the following Monday and she was in love with the car. We had a wonderful experience in the finance dept also no pressure there either. They even managed to get her a lower APR. When I’m ready to make another car purchase I will make the four hour drive again! Even the dog got a toy car! Great job Northpark Subaru!

Service department is the best. Waiting area is neat, clean, spacious and unique. You can view the bays from the waiting area and watch the progress of the cars in the individual bays.

I can’t speak enough to the service we had here. Joe went above and beyond what we could have asked for. I was looking at two different vehicles from different dealerships and it was neck and neck. If we went off the the sales experience, I would’ve gone with Subaru hands down. The dealership salesman we ended up with was very kind and helpful and I appreciate what he was able to do for us, but Joe was an exceptional salesman and took the extra step to make sure we had a great car shopping experience. If anyone in the San Antonio area is looking for a vehicle, go to Joe at North Park Subaru, I can guarantee you’ll be taken care of.

Very incompetent operation. It took 2.5 hours for a simple oil change that I had made an appointment for 2 weeks in advance. I had to ask multiple times for an ETA on witch I received an answer for an hour after asking for. It was just an oil change and I felt like they could have cared less about my time or needs.

Yesterday I purchased a 2021 Subaru Outback Touring from North Park Subaru. I live 3 hours away from North Park Subaru. There are dealerships that are closer but I do not even consider them. This is because of Mr. Robert "Bob" Marroquin. This is the 5th Subaru that I have purchased over the years with Mr. Marroquin's knowledge and honesty. More later.for now definitely 5 stars. Maybe this place is pleasant b/c when people go there to buy a car they WANT a Subaru. Therefore the staff is low key NOT arrogant like Honda sales.

One of the easiest car dealerships I've done business. Their small size is offset by their customer service.

I went in to have my scheduled maintenance done and the Tech went over every step with me. He told me what was needed and what could wait and made suggestions without being pushy. All in all it was a great experience.
