I have a great visit their staff are very friendly and helpful in their clients needs. Definitely I recommend this dental clinic to everyone who is looking a great dentist.

Dr. Moore and Dr. Nguyen are 2 of the best dentists at North Star Dental. Great work. Very personable.

I am very disappointed with North Star Dental and dentist Pham. She is so incompetent and unprofessional. She was just doing a sales job instead of being a dentist. My routine cleaning appt.was at 2: 30 pm. By the time I was called in, it was 3 pm. Everybody was so disorganized in that office. Pham came in and pushed for me to get X-Rays done even though I have already emailed them all the X-Rays that were taken 2 days ago from my orthodontist office. I told her I went to see him for my root canal that was infected.she was pestering me to replace my root canal with her. I reminded her that I just came here for a routine dental cleaning only. After that, she started pushing for me to get deep cleaning instead of routine cleaning even before measuring my gum pockets.

I told her again, I just wanted routine cleaning. She did not stop.she asked one of the front desk staff to check with my insurance on deep cleaning. By now, it's 4 pm already and nothing has been done to clean my teeth. One of the staff came in and told me that it will cost me $281 out of pocket to do deep cleaning on the left side of my mouth and that Pham will take 45 mins to 1 hr to complete the deep cleaning. After that she will take another 30 mins to finish routine cleaning on the right side of my mouth which was fully covered by my dental insurance.

Finally, Pham came in to do the deep cleaning at around 4: 15pm and she was done cleaning the entire mouth in 30 mins. I immediately told her that I was very disappointed with the cleaning she did. It did NOT feel like deep cleaning or routine cleaning. All my previous routine cleaning lasted at least 45 mins to 1 hrs. I have done deep cleaning in my younger days and it was nothing like this.

This was what I expected when I signed up for deep cleaning on the left side of my mouth but the incompetent dentist Pham DID NONE OF THIS:
1. Measuring the gap between my teeth and gums with a periodontal probe
2. Inject local anesthetic into your gums to ensure you don’t feel any pain during the treatment.
3. Use a dental tool to remove tartar from BELOW your gum line.
4. It will take AT LEAST an hour to do half the mouth

All she did was use a scalar tool and scraped my entire mouth without any pressure.

Typically, you will feel your gums sore after a deep cleaning. All I felt was my teeth had not been cleaned and did not feel any soreness after her so-called deep cleaning either.

It's a shame that North Star Dental has such an incompetent dentist like Pham. BTW, she was busy chatting with her assistant the whole time about her wedding, school and children instead of focusing on the patient during the so-called deep cleaning process.

PLS DO NOT LET JENNIFER THO PHAM TOUCH YOUR MOUTH. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT. SHE IS ONLY INTERESTED IN RIPPING THE PATIENT OFF. SHE IS THE WORST DENTIST I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE!

I have had my teeth cleaned and dental check ups every six months for years at North Star Dental. The experience just keeps getting better. Dr. Pham, my Dentist and one of the owners is a very caring, highly qualified Dentist. In spite of all of her responsibilities, Dr. Pham has managed to build a team that exhibits top notched dental services and a warm and friendly environment. This past Thursday, I also saw Michelle, the Dental Assistant, and Nancy, the Hygienist. Both are also terrific practitioners, and both told me separately, how much they enjoy working for Dr. Pham and North Star. What a good group of people!

LDr. Pham is amazing. The whole staff is so sweet and Johnson is incredible. So sweet, caring, communicative and friendly.

North Star Dental is a professional dental clinic you can trust. The doctors and staff are friendly, nice, and efficient. I'm very satisfied with Dr. Pham. She is very gentle, thorough, and skillful. I'm so happy to find this clinic in my insurance's network.

Dr. Pham is an amazing dentist! She's attentive, gives attention to detail and makes sure you understand everything before you leave. Not many places have a hygienist and north star has an amazing one. Thank you team for making my visit a very pleasant one.

First time here after searching for a new dentist and I felt super welcomed! Front desk staff was very friendly. Dr. Nguyen is very sweet and gentle, explaining all that she is doing and making sure you're comfortable through the whole process. Her hygienist, Nancy was also great. North Star is my new regular dentist for sure. I feel very taken care of.

I go to North Star Dental for my dental work. Recently I went on 11th of December. The reason I go there is the friendly staff, hygienic facilities and easy explanation of work that is needed. My hygienist is Nancy who does an excellent job. Dr. Moore, who is an experienced dentist checks the work and suggests anything that is needed. I am fully satisfied with my dental work every time I go there.

I am so pleased with the wonderful level of care and skill by the staff at North Star dental all the way from reception to check out! Dr. Pauline Nguyen has been so very thorough with my dental care…. Clearly explaining her assessments and suggested procedures. I actually had a great experience when a crown was recently needed to preserve a tooth that had cracks. She took the time to properly assess the situation, to treat some inflammation and to my relief I did not need a root canal. The dental assistants that both made my temporary crown and who assisted with the installation of the permanent one were terrific. I highly recommend North Star dental!

Dr. Moore and his staff are amazing. I had a accident back in 2016 and have spent many times at his office and he is always taking care of me, and he’s also taking care of some friends that didn’t have insurance Dr. Moore and his staff rocks.

Dr. Moore has been my dentist for several years. My experiences have all been very good. I do not wish to go anywhere else. I’ve now seen Nancy - hygienist. Her work was almost painless. I will be very happy to see her again.

Everyone on staff is very friendly and professional. They are eager to answer questions with comprehensive explanations. Dr. Moore is a unique dentist.skillful, knowledgeable and gentle. I also like the no-pressure approach. It's also nice to go to a dentist who is not selling dental hygienic merchandise.

I’m so glad that I chose North Star Dental as my dental office! The staff and doctors are all so fun and friendly!

Dr. Pham and her assistant, Johnson, were very precise and detailed when working on me all while making me feel comfortable as possible. I haven’t been to the dentist in over 5 years so this was a big step for me. They were very patient with me and made sure I had everything I needed every time they work on me. I highly recommend them to anyone!
