North Star Mall reviews
16Always been my favorite mall. Great variety of stores. With the natural light throughout the mall area it makes it feel huge. PTSD seems to be a little easier
Must have been an 'off day'. Was a very strange day. Customers hanging out, talking & surrounding store displays. We just left.
Great place for shopping, different stores for all types of people and a lot of options for your lunch. It's worth a visit. Close to Loop 410, easy to locate and plenty of spaces to park. Has a Starbucks. Right looks better, lot of people doing shopping.
Went to this called Aldo they so help I bought a hand bag. The 2 employees were so nice went at night. Excellent customer service Thank you for your help.
Beautiful mall with nice stores and food court. Entrance way seems a bit confusing and odd but inside it's super clean and people seem nice
Nice shopping location. I came here to visit Forever 21. The temporary location for Forever 21 is well organized and they even had a greeter. Good job Forever 21. I ended up finding my little black skirt at Windsor. The fitting room customer service was amiss but I’m happy I found what I needed.
I prefer the Mall downtown due to the traffic and it’s bigger. Parking is better here and I can always walk around in my boots just fine
Great place I hate the mall but I had to go. At least I was able to buy food wife and kids liked it. U can buy beer and walk any where with it in the mall
There is more valley parking than regular parking, and the spots are to small, it is Texas for goodness sake
The mall is huge and there were so many cool stores. Can’t wait for the large Forever 21 to be built. My only wish was that there was a Nike store or a more athletic store that sold running shoes rather than basketball shoes.
The mall have a great variety of what you need… Best place to custom your own Tshirts, Jackets, Hoodies and Hats veryvClean shopping experience with covid-19 initiatives enforced.
Parking: free, parking deck
Food court: chick filet, Charles, Asian food, Greek food, plus more.
High end and low end stores. Something for everyone.
North star is my favorite in town. Nice variety of shops and snacks. Clean restrooms. Free parking. A couple nice restaurants. Over all is a win in San Antonio.
Everything closed, and what was open does not sell anything of value or useful, that's most of the stores. Most crowded store was the apple store full of idiots buying a new phone even though the one in their pocket works just fine. Save the money or make a house payment instead of going deeper into debt because the new phone has five dollars worth of more stuff that your current phone does not have.
This is an indoor Mall which is nice during hot Texas days. It has most of the stores with very few missing. Environment is pretty cool. Most of the stores are closing at 8: 00 PM because of the new time changes due to COVID-19. Macy's closes at 9: 00 and Saks fifth avenue closes at 7: 00 PM.
Went into multiple stores on August 25th and there's just not much merchandise. Everything's picked over and the fall winter stuff is barely starting to come in. Thank you covid.
Well maintained. Great selection of stores. Expect to pay more but hey you know your in a mall. Favorite store is Spencer's.
