Professional, knowledgeable, personable are just a few words to describe Dr. Taylor. He was extremely patient with me as he took his time explaining to me everything that he was doing and it’s purpose, during my visit. This is the first time in a while that I was actually comfortable in a Drs office. Friendly staff and very clean and quiet office as well.

Dr Taylor is very knowledgeable. I been going to him for 4 years. I haven't had any issues. Dr Taylor is very detailed when it comes to him letting you know what is going on with you. Tiffany is very sweet. She makes sure she keep you informed on everything.

The receptionist Tiffanie at the front desk is really great and works well with the patient. She truly shows that she cares and willing to work with you. Dr. Terrence Taylor is heaven sent. He was very detailed with everything and makes you feel comfortable with getting an understanding about what you need. He does not see you as a dollar sign, but truly cares about your health.

North Texas Care Clinic is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Taylor and his staff are more than professional while yet maintaining a comfortable and friendly environment. They treat all of their patience with the upmost decency respect. Furthermore, as represented by Tiffany, one of the staff members that helped me with a difficult situation, North Texas Care Clinic are willing to go above and beyond when it comes to the wellfare of their patients.

Tiffanie is great! Her personality is always warm and welcoming. The entire staff is amazing! Dr. Taylor is very informative. I never leave feeling unsure about what’s going on with my health.

I have been working with Tiffany to get my prescription refilled for 2 weeks now and the pharmacy has been missing everything up she took the time to make sure they had new prescription for all my medication.

This is the most incompetent clinic ever. They are negligent and give PA's a bad reputation. They don't take their patients serious and they do not return calls. I was a new patient and they never handled anything they were supposed to. I was hesitant to even be seen because they were so unprofessional to begin with. I heard the office manager going off while I was in the waiting room. Then I had to leave multiple messages on her phone and to this day she still has not called me back. These people don't care about your health they are just a medicaid windmill facility that collects patients for visits and does nothing for their health. They should be sued for their negligence. I am certain how they dropped the ball on me should violate their oath they took in practice and be cause for a lawsuit. This place is incompetent.

Dr. Taylor is Awesome! No matter how many questions I have for him concerning my health he is always helpful and proactive! I give this clinic 5 stars for cleanliness, friendliness, and just overall a great doctor.

Dr. Taylor is the best - I went to several doctors who didn’t listen. I went to Dr. Taylor and he got to the root of my problem because he simply listened. I am feeling much better again and feel like myself with more energy now than ever before. Thank you for your no non-sense approach and excellent bedside manner! North Texas Care Clinic was amazing! The customer service was awesome, I was in and out within an hour. The doctor gave me my results and explained everything to me. I would recommend this doctor office to anyone. They made me feel like family. Even though I don’t live in Texas I was just there visiting. I wish that we had a caring doctors office like this in Kansas City Missouri. Keep up the good work…

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Terrence Taylor recently and I must say I was very pleased with our visit. He listened to me and he knew exactly what I needed. I had a thorough exam with all of my questions and concerns answered. His nurse made me feel very at ease and comfortable. Dr. Taylor is very personable and knowledgeable, his bedside manner is fantastic and he is very thorough when seeking out as much information from the patient to help evaluate and develop a treatment plan. He went beyond measures to give me the appropriate care I needed. His office staff were friendly and helpful.

For example, he takes his time to counsel and truly listens to his patients concerns. Some doctors are in and out of the room, double booking patients, and rushing you out of the door. Dr. Taylor is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to all of your concerns. He takes the time to make sure you understand your issues! He’s always been extremely professional and has the BEST medical assistant Catrina working on the side of him. I never feel rushed, and he always ask do I understand or have any other concerns. It took me a while to find a doctor that made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Taylor really strives to give the best care to his patients.
