Dr. Dhawan herself is very nice, but her staff are very unprofessional. There is ALWAYS a problem with the prescription, ALWAYS every time. You have a conversation with the doctor about something twice a week, then the pharmacist informs you that the script was written for once every two weeks. They prescribe something that costs $700 a month, and insurance does not cover it without a pre-approval, then they want to charge you for the pre-approval, when there is a $15 per month option available. This place feels more like a churn & burn boiler room to make as much money as possible, as opposed to a doctors office that actually cares about the patient. I'll be looking for a new endo this week.

When I was there they were polite and Dr. Dhawan listened to my problems that I was having with my Diabetes and she put me on what I needed to be on. I have never waited to long.

This place is a joke, a perfect example of how incompetent people become rude to overcome their own frustrations. They want your money, they want another visit! Bills are always a surprise and they charge unreasonable fees (I.e. Did you ever paid for a pre-authorization or a pump data download?). In order to get a prescription or a pre-authorization it will demand hours of fighting with the office staff, and if you are lucky, you may get it done. The PA Nurse used to be the only good professional there but left the practice (not surprised), the new nurse is bad as the doctor. The doctor shows no empathy and don’t like when you disagree with her opinion (she was very rude when we said that we were happy with Meditronics and not willing to switch to a pump that that clinic knows how to handle). The lab in there is an pathetic, they miss to run tests ordered in the clinic, results were never sent to you (unless you fight) and the doctor will not bother to call you to say that some numbers are bad or that you must need a medication, you need to fight for that. In summary, if you don’t like to be treated like an human, appreciate an office that never pickup the call, rude staff and lack of professionalism this is your place.
