Had a horrible experience here. Front staff are so rude, they don’t acknowledged you till you say something.

All staff is very friendly. This is very much a "Patient Advocate" facility, meaning:
If you have something wrong anatomically, it will not be swept under the rug, and hidden from you. I've known something was wrong with my spine for years! While other Imaging facilities, have continued to not report my traumatic damage, It was VERY bitter/sweet to finally have an honest assessment of my images, and find what has been causing all my pain!

Got 2 x rays of my spine and six months after that I am unable to see the images they took. I have requested the images to be re send and still nothing.

Waited 40 minutes before they told me the tech went to lunch right before my SCHEDULED appointment. What a joke of an establishment.

This place is a living hell. There is no sense of direction. The hallways are dark, no signs as to where to walk to check in. When you finally find the check-in area, there are passive aggressive signs posted at the receptionist area about what to do and not do. The waiting room TV is so loud that if you have hearing problems you literally will not hear the receptionist call your name out. The employee’s rush to get from one place to the next with little to no verbal communication. I’ll be contacting the Texas state board commission, I would not come here even if I was dying.

Came to get a CT at unit 100 of this place. Receptionist by the name Cyndy was very rude. Unprofessional staff! Very dirty too!
