They never showed up. I received a notice they were delisted from the website I'd hired them through, but they had already contacted me. I reached out to them I advise that I would still like to continue using their service and was told that they could still come to my location and would do my yard for the quoted price and even a couple dollars cheaper. They agreed to come Monday, that was 2 weeks ago.

Horrible communication when you're trying to get him to mow your lawn. Only communicate decently when he wants to collect payment.

I had a very good experience with NTL. I called another company to trim our shrubbery and trees and they wanted over $700. I had seen NTL in our neighborhood and I called them for an estimate. They came out the same day and quoted me $200. We needed some serious trimming in the front yard and I felt this was a fair price, so I hired them. I had called on a Friday and they came the following Monday. They did everything that I had asked them to do and the final cost was around $180. Everything looks so much better now. They also have an online payment system, so no checks to deal with. I am very pleased with this company.
