We have 2 kids here. Dr Copenhaver is knowledgeable and makes the orthodontic process enjoyable. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Amanda went above and beyond with my daughter and her braces removal.

My daughter Bailey absolutely loves Dr. Copenhaver and all of his staff! She just finished her phase 1, to open up some room in her crowded mouth. We were given an estimate of about 10 months and it was spot on She started her process end of June 2016 and finished end of March 2017. Bailey has a beautiful smile all thanks to Dr. Copenhaver! I have been a patient here for over ten years, and I have never experienced anything less than an amazing experience. Dr.copenhaven is wonderful and is always willing to accommodate to my needs. So thankful for such a welcoming environment, and am always looking forward to some new riddle/joke when I come back.

Overall amazing! And wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to work on my teeth. Most trustable, honest, loving, and caring people. Over the years I’ve been here, I felt like if we were all family. They are super careful with your teeth. Love them so much! I couldn’t be more happy with how my teeth look!

Amanda was able to tend to me quickly and she stayed late to ensure I got everything I needed in that appointment - certainly a breath of fresh air after a long day and coming in for a 5 o’clock appointment. Amanda and Liz are awesome and make this place worth coming to each visit! Doc always knows how to cheer you up with each joke he has on deck. Turns a not-so-fun appointment into an easy and worry-free visit

This place is very punctual and clean, the schedule is flexible, I don't like that my daughters miss classes and so their appointments were always before entering school at 7 am, the staff is bilingual and very friendly, at first I took my eldest daughter and 8 years later the youngest and I had a discount for that… 100% recommended

We found this place and couldn’t be happier. The Dr is great with the kids and the techs are all phenomenal. Amanda, in particular, has helped us a few times after my sons retainer fell out. She is so patient and kind with my son and explains everything she’s doing to him, step by step, which is so important to him. Her bedside manner is second to none and she has done a phenomenal jobs so far! Thank you, Amanda!

Fantastic place! Dr. Copenhaver has put together a great team that will treat you like one of their family. You’ll get exceptional service and best quality orthodontic work. It’s been 7 years since I’ve been here…and my teeth are still fantastic! I had to come back to get a quick fix on my permanent retainer. It felt like we picked up from just right after my last visit. I highly recommend NTOA if you want frustration-free long-lasting ortho work!

Dr Copenhaver has taken care of two of my kids. He is personable, knowledgeable and doesn’t over-treat. Helped me with an issue when a local dentist recommended orthodontic treatment and saved me thousands of dollars. Can’t say enough about his practice and his staff!

Dr Copenhaver and his staff are the best! From our first consultation to the check ins before even needing braces and throughout the braces experience this team has been professional, timely, and accessible. I felt Dr Copenhaver to be conservative in his treatment- which is what one wants in medical or dental care. There was no push for lots of treatment and I felt 100% confident that only what was necessary was being done. I recommend this practice if you are looking for a team that is reliable and accessible with multiple locations and wide operating hours but that mostly importantly has decades of experience and provides conservative orthodontic treatment.

I got my braces here and I’ve always had a good experience! The staff are always super nice and Dr Copenhaver is the best. I would definitely recommend getting braces here:)

I had a great experience with Dr. Schechter. My treatment is almost done with only a tiny space left on my upper front teeth but unfortunately Dr. Schechter passed away. North Texas Orthodontic Associates assigned me a new doctor, Donald J Copenhaver. Things have changed since then. It took more than 2 years to close the tiny space. He did not keep his promise to me and treated me like a burden. It’s really a terrible experience.
