I had a gum graft surgery with Dr Carrell in December. From the first call, the office was informative and clear and Dr Carrell was thorough and explanatory and made sure I completely understood the procedure and aftercare. Perfect results and I could not be happier with the whole experience.

Monica was very gentle, thorough, and communicative. The overall experience was as easy as could be.

I was recommended to Dr. Carroll by my dentist and she is amazing! I had a receding gum and was pretty anxious about the procedure. Dr. Carroll was very thorough in explaining the process and recovery. All of the staff at NTPI are sooo kind and friendly, everyone seems like they genuinely enjoy being there and treat you like a friend. I was going to consult with another periodontist just as an additional opinion but I cancelled the appointment because I knew Dr. Carroll was the right fit. My gum graft experience was great and I’m very happy with the results!

Dr. Carroll's staff is always, I mean always friendly, courteous AND PROMPT. Can't stress that last one enough. I have never had to wait passed my appointment time. Conversely, I am plucked from the waiting area early. Dr. Carroll has always been pleasant, professional and always conscious of my comfort level. She has a deep concern for my welfare. What a refreshing way to run a business.

Dr. Carroll is the best. She does great work and all while being compassionate and caring for her patients. She has a staff that is outstanding.

The staff is thoughtful, kind, and communicative. They take the time to explain the procedures and payment plans. The pain I was experiencing before was gone after the procedure and I was able to plan for the payments in advance. They care about the health of my teeth and they ask about my work and family, which makes me feel blessed. The office is always clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. Comfort is not often associated with dentistry, but I am happy to say that I have never been more comfortable letting someone work on my teeth here.
