North Z Boaz Park reviews
20Pretty decent Park but you do fine homeless people camping out in their cars it speaks volumes to how some of these people have fallen through the cracks in the city of Fort Worth a lot of them are truly Working Poor. And they have pets and they take them to the park. Usually always a police presence there, I have walked through the park itself and never felt threatened.
I always come to this park to unwind. Sometimes I’ll just sit in my car, listen to some music and look at the view or get out and walk the huuge trail. This park is really big. There are a couple parking lots and one has the dog park and a playground right near it. They have porta potties on this side as well
This place was great! It's just an ordinary dog park with big dogs in one area and small dogs in another area. There's a muddy pawn, playground, and bench sitting under the trees. Totally coming back here again.
The people and dogs are very friendly. I have 1 very good dog and 1 very mean dog.its not a good place 4 a mean or aggressive dog. (Which I knew, but I've been to parks with aggressive dogs and he fit.not this one). Plus the dogs don't wear leashes inside for the most part which I like. Very nice and spacious. Little dog side, big dog side.
Great park. The playground is great for kids and the walking paths are nice. Only downside is how much people liter but that's not the parks fault
I just discovered this park. I'm new to Fort Worth and every time we passed by I was told it was a golf park. Well one day I went to investigate and it's not a golf park but a wonderful park, for big dogs, little dogs and their humans. But even if you don't have a dog, there's a walking trail, skating, running, there's people fishing. They have a big dog gates area with a pond and obstacle course. And they have a little dog gates side with pond and obstacle course. There's also a playground outside the doggy parks fir the kiddos. It's clean. It's peaceful. It's fantastic. Go check it out.
This park is awesome, It's completely sourounded by busy roads but the fact that it's so huge makes it to where you'll barely hear any cars/road noises/ect. It used to be an old golf course and you can tell based off of all the golf balls laying around. Sometimes you can even see some in the lakes at the bottom its pretty cool.
Great place to take the family for a bike ride and play with the dog. Friendly people. Be sure to find a good parking spot.
Great place to let the pups run free and make some furry friends. All the owners seem to be pretty friendly too! ***The gated dog area is closed on Mondays for maintenance. ***
Best off-leash-able dog park I've found. Massive wide open, yet unclosed, spaces intermingled with scattered sidewalk paths. Up and down and around. Just please be a responsible dog owner
Our fir baby looooves the dog park! Plenty of room to run and play, lots of other dogs to have fun with, an it is clean and we'll maintained with secure fences and gates around the sprawling perimeter. There is lots of water for those who love to swim, as well as seating for hoomans.
Kids like it. Needs better bathrooms some up by the playground for the kids. Right now they have to go across the park through traffic to get to them an 99.9% of the time they are VERY NASTY.
Excellent, large dog park with pond, agility area, wash station and shade/seating. Separated for small dogs and large dogs. The rest of the park has extensive trails and ponds, great for a run!
Great park with plenty of space to relax, walk your dogs, and enjoy the play area with your children, very clean area.
BUT BEWARE! THERE ARE PLENTY OF YOUNG KIDS IN THEIR SPORTS CARS AND MUSCLE CARS ACTING VERY DUMB
Very nice quiet long walk during time of covid I mean long long walk nice little ponds to fish. Dog park very nice has a little pond for them to splash
I love coming here but at times I’m a bit paranoid I’ll admit about bringing my dogs to any park because I have afghans. You are always going to find that one dog that is dominant and is going to test other dogs. I just wish people would bring dogs that plays well with other dogs.
Cool little park by the dog park. I like taking my boys fishing to the little ponds they have around catch and release mostly bby catfish.they're pretty nice spots quiet and clean.
Just watch out for big obnoxious dogs without manners. There are some that will jump on ya and ram you in the face. Other than that it is great
Bring a towel! I don't care if your dog normally treats water like it's the devil, bring a towel! It's a great park for how big it is and the dogs love the available water. Bath time is usually a must after visiting! But it's all worth it because my boy LOVES this park! Owners are usually pretty good about watching their dogs too.
This is a nice place to relax and walk the dog. A picnic table or two or even a park bench fairly close to the car park would be nice.
