The doctors are great, cutting edge and aggressive with treatment. The front desk and appointment setters leave much to be desired. I've never been able to speak to anyone when I call. It's usually 30 minutes or longer before a call back. When asked why there is a lack of communication, it's deferred back to the doctor. Horrible service. If you can find a front end staff that can actually answer a phone and provide accurate service, you're better off.

I’ve had a great experience with doctor Guerrero and his medical assistant Brianna Garcia. She is very professional and answered all the questions I needed to know. Also Jasmine Campos is amazing. She is able to work with my schedule and keeps me informed about my appointments. I definitely will recommended this place!

My husband and I have always liked coming to the appointments with Dr. Guerrero, his nurse Brianna is very nice and helpful. Had an issue with our insurance a while back and called the billing department, Elizabeth was able to assist us and resolve the issue with our Medicare, always very nice and explained everything very well. Will recommend going to this office.

I love this place! Dr. Guerrero has helped me with all of my problems and answers all of my questions. His medical assistant Brianna Garcia is always a big help at each appointment I have. She is professional, nice, and a very fast worker. I am always in and out from my appointments. Jasmine Campos is very great with answering the phones and working around my schedule. 10/10 will recommend.

I was lucky enough to find the doctors at this office. Everyone was very nice. The medical assistant who took me back into the room to be seen was professional and fast in getting me ready for the doctor. Thank you Ms. Josee for being so efficient. I also needed help with my dexcom meter and Ericka answered my questions and made things easier for me. Great office staff at this location.

I had my first appointment 2 weeks ago with Dr. Nájera who is very kind and explains everything very well. Miss Elizabeth was also translating some questions from the nurse before seeing the doctor, who by the way made me feel very comfortable that someone spoke Spanish. They all make a very good work team.

I love this practice! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have been a long time patient of Dr Guerrero’s. He truly cares about his patients. I would like to recognize: Inez, who has been helping me forever! Also, Michelle (Office Manager) who ensured that another Medical provider of mine was contacted in a timely manner Brianna & Ruby who are so kind. And finally, Erica, who has been my guardian angel. She is the first person you meet as you walk in and she is exceptional at her job. Thank you all for taking great care of my husband and I!

This office has been so helpful in helping my brother to get control of his diabetes. The medical assistant Ruby was so nice to him while taking vitals and then the medical assistant who gave us instructions for our next visit was very nice as well, thank you Josee. Great doctors at this location and they have a great staff working for them. Again thank you for everything.

Dr. Khowaja is probably the best doctor I have ever seen. I have been to many doctors before, and Dr Khowaja is the only one who has actually helped me. Michelle’s staff is also very efficien. I am in and out every time!

Dr. Khowaja is an excellent endocrinologist. He explains my labs and what he thinks is best to help manage my diabetes. He does not make me feel as if I've done anything wrong because my diabetes continues to need work. The front office staff is a different story. The main lady in the front appears too arrogant. You can tell she doesn't want to be there. She needs to work on her attitude and interactions with the patients. Sadly you get a good doctor and a mediocre front office staff.

My wife is a patient of Dr Najera. During a recent visit my wife asked if he would be willing to sign a medical clearance form for her to donate plasma, he said he would be happy to.
My wife dropped the forms off recently with his office staff. Long story short, the office staff told my wife that the doctor would not sign it because he was not treating her for some of the check offs of the clearance form. She was then told he would sign if she gave them $150. I guess he will sell his signature but not keep his word.

I had been going to this clinic since they were at their original location. Unfortunately, since the move, things have not been operating at quite the same level. When locations were changed the NP I was originally seeing left, and I was to see Dr. Khowaja, he is very sweet. The issue I have is that he was rather passive about my complaints. My thyroid levels were within range—on the lower end—but I was still feeling constantly exhausted (I still am) and I wanted to alleviate that; nothing was ever investigated such as my higher than usual TIBC. I called and requested to see a new doctor at their clinic, just for a second opinion because as nice as he was the issue was still present, and was told I CANNOT see a new doctor.

I wasn’t wanting to switch doctors to cause drama, I had a legitimate reason for wanting a simple second opinion. I will be finding a new clinic.

I've been a patient of Dr. Guerrero for about 4 years now and I couldn't ask for a better doctor to treat my diabetes. He is very knowledgeable with medications for you as an individual. He is patient, answers all your questions and explains things in detail. I highly recommend him.

Cameron and Jasmine always ready and eagar to help me as a matter of fact you're whole staff but these individuals are the most I speak to and Erica is always smiling they are all professional and kind I see they work very hard for the doctors so they can be on top and ready to go with the patients. Today I spoke to Inez on the phone and she was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had been waiting for a medication to be approved and Inez was able to get it done while I was on the phone. She was very kind and patient with me, when dealing with my problem. Thank you to her and Northeast Endocrinology.

Cameron is a new (ish) staff member there and I could tell immediately because he was so pleasant. It’s hard enough to have to talk to doctor’s office staff day after day after day with health problems but when you have someone who is personable is is actually listening to you, it’s much easier.
I love Dr. Najera and I’m grateful for his staff.

Dr Najera is who I saw he was great made me feel comfortable in the questions I had being my first time, my MA Josie was kind and asked if I had any other concerns that way she could relay it to the Dr, whole staff was wonderful. Thank you all
