Northeast Veterinary Clinic reviews
16The staff noticed my puppy in pain and rushed me into a room. This was December 31st of all day and the lobby was full of dogs and their owners needing to be seen. I am grateful for the prompt support and attention they gave me and my puppy. Also the Vet explained everything in details and I did not feel rushed.
I went when I found a puppy and they were nothing short of super useful and had more than enough advice and guidance. I'm 100% going back to them and making them my dogs primary vet
This clinic is walk in only. The place is clean and the staff were very sweet to my cat. However, I have come to learn that a trip here is 3-4 hours minimum. I brought my cat in for an eye infection and was “given” medication that I later learned could be bought and shipped to my house for less than half the cost without a prescription.
My cat was prescribed a 100ml supply of lysine for $55 and I found a 150ml tube of the same exact stuff for $21. In addition, my cat was prescribed terramycin, which also doesn’t require a prescription. For that I was charged $39 and found it online for $23.
When they show you the treatment plan, I would definitely take some time to look over any prescribed medications and see if you even need a prescription and to make sure you’re not being severely price gouged.
I won’t be bringing my pets back to this clinic.
Very friendly employees. They helped me by seeing if the puppy we found had a microchip. (He didn't, so we have a fluffy white puppy that someone painted pink) as a new addition to our home) will definitely be back to use them as my vet for Kai.
Very friendly and professional. Took my GSD there for having blood in her stool. They were cost friendly and saw her quickly for a walk in. They were very open about the charges and what they were going to be doing during the visit.
This is the third vets office we've tried and they were so kind, so validating, so warm and sympathetic, professional and knowledgeable. We were so thankful for their attentiveness, all the staff were kind and helpful not even just the tech and Vet we worked with. Thank you NE Clinic!
We had a great loss for our family. However the care of the team made the loss a little easier. Our 15 year old lost use of her back legs and euthanasia was her best option. The team was caring to our children as well as let us bring in the 2 other family pets to say their goodbyes. We appreciated everything and now we are waiting for the ashes of our forever "pup"
My dog was losing weight and was acting skiddish. We got a walk in slot. They helped me get him inside and back to the car after treatment. They did full bloodwork and checkup. They also updated his vaccines. Good overall.
Always brought our pets here. Cats, dogs, and guinea pig. Staff has always been great. Wait times are sometimes long, so expect that or make an appointment. They also offered discounted vaccinations on weekends, so ask about that.
I can't tell you how incredibly kind and compassionate and validating and understanding every staff person I encountered was today. From the front desk person to even the occasional that tech that would walk through the hallway to the vet tech in the veterinarian that worked with us personally. I just kept thinking them for being so kind and so professional and so transparent. I love that they walked me through all the x-rays and imaging and sent us copies and made every part of the process really smooth. They really just seem to understand that it's an emotional time when you're bringing your dog in for a sickness.
About 2 weeks ago I took my pet for her vaccination after the shots were given my cat started refusing to eat 2 weeks later she dies I believe they gave her the wrong doses or might of punctured a organ because they were not handling my kitten correctly right after the shots they stopped eating and 2 weeks later one of my kittens died just a warning I would not take my animals there ever EVER AGAIN I feel the vet doctor was inexperienced and caused my kitten to die… WARNING DO NOT GO THERE.
We had a good experience. Staff are very attentive and Vet is the best gave us lots of information on our pet.
Dr. Susana Bailey really cares about her furry patients and takes the times to clearly explain the issues with our pets. Definitely recommend NEVC.
I had a terrible visit at this vet, I went on Oct 13th 2022 and I went too take my kitten for it’s shots/vaccines and the staff completely ignored my sign in and proceeded too have other pets that were after me be examined and treated. I will not bring any of my pets here. Too any one reading this the staff seems alright but know they are rude and unhelpful
My parents have been coming here nearly 40 years since we moved here. Although all the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Dr Crider goes above and beyond she is a wonderful Vet and amazing Human being. She truly cares about the pets and the owners.
I Love how caring this clinic is they were welcoming right when I walked in and a gentleman help me sign in and Helped my baby “Draco” with a bowl of water over all it was a great visit!
