Beside the online store not having an accurate amount of products they may actually have in the store, this place is awesome for store pickup and shipping. They have plenty of Milwaukee power tools selections.

Went in to look around slow right after Christmas. Found a few items that I was needing everyone was helpful and friendly

Just want to let everyone know how helpful that the employees there are, I purchased a trailer as I was carrying it back to Georgia and come to find out the trailer lights had a short in it so they had to re-issue me a new trailer and redo the title work. I couldn't ask for more helpful and polite gentleman that helped me that day.

Clear and straight forward website. My only complaint is that finding tax exempt information is difficult. I'll have to contact Customer Service to inquire about removing tax on the order.

Called to see if they had a part. Operator said can not check, as they are doing inventory today. So we are just gonna drive by and go to a place that wants to sell us parts and actually cares about doing business with us, the public.

I believe its wrong to offer a gift card if you spend over a certain amount then take it back at checkout if you pick it up at the store instead of payong fright to have it delivered.

Bought a brand new compressor and ended up returning it 3 weeks after because I didn’t end up using it/ installing it, the compressor never got plugged in at my shop the same way they gave it to me was the way I returned it. Paid $40 for a fee and was told to wait a month for the money to come back to my credit card. 2 months after they called me saying I needed to pay repair costs on the BRAND NEW unit I NEVER used.

I purchased a weather guard tool box for my truck and ordered a L shaped transfer tank. The next day I found a different setup that I liked more elsewhere so I went to return the tool box. The manager informed me that there’s a 20% restocking fee for any item over $500. A restocking fee for something I pulled off the self! I understand charging a restocking fee for a special order item but not for something that is regularly kept in stock. There was zero damage. Just slightly dirty on the outside because it rained.

The manager on duty agreed with me that the policy is ridiculous and ended up only changing me 10%, regardless I got charged $102 (would’ve been $204) for having the toolbox only 14hrs.

I’ve spent probably 15k in the last year here, needless to say I will be going elsewhere for anything I need.

This isn’t a bad review on this specific store. I’ve never had problems with them, they have a great selection, staff was extremely helpful. This is more so a review of northern tool company in general.

I am quite satisfied with the north store service. The crew is always helpful and courteous. I use them so much they usually call me Mr. Earl.
