This is a very clean store with attentive staff. They are always so very helpful. I like to shop their plants. The always seen to have a better variety than the standard box stores down the road.
maps says the business update the hours a week ago showing they are open at 7 am on Sunday. They do not open till 9 am. This is rather inconvenient I just drove 40 minutes to get here.
We were told by Champion to drop off our equipment for warranty to Northern Tool. I love northern tool. It took 2 hours to get it loaded and drive the long distance. We were approached by Anthony who says we can not drop it off, but if we come back in 5 days, we can. When handed to the manager, Nick, he told him let her know we cant do anything. So Nick says sorry too. We are an annual member with them and we pay for this. We buy our equipment with them and have for over 6 years. And because of this terrible experience, we will not. Bad training, bad management, and no empathy for the customer experience. All the key points to keeping a RETAIL in business.
Very bad experience, I bought a generator and they didn't work, we took them the next day and the manager said that he couldn't change them because they already have gasoline and oil and how will one know if they work?
Came by today (Sunday) and an employee walks out, locks the door, and says they are “closed” at 5: 10pm. When I asked why the hours of operation posted say open until 7pm he stated “typically we are but today we are closing early”. Drove an hour out here to pick up an order that I need for tomorrow morning.
Never get answers to my concerns. Young staff not knowing anything. I placed an order in the store i have receipt and still can get me answer where's my order is.
Stoped in to buy a edger and has questions I asked for help and not one person came to help. I spoke with the guy up front about it and he did not really care either.
I couldn't find the tool I went looking for and no one from the staff offered to help me. I could not find the tool I was looking for and none of the staff offered me any help.
My husband came to this store and had some issues trying to make a return and Logan was able to get it resolved. The hubby came home and told me all about the experience and how I had to come online and make a review about it. That’s the first time! Thanks Logan for saving me the trip.
Horrible experience. Bad customer service. I went to get a refund and they were very rude and they said they couldn't refund it to me because they didn't have any cash in the register even though they did they said they couldn't leave the register without money.
When to exchange something and they said they couldn't give a refund because cash register had the money but they couldn't leave the cash register without money
There service dept stinks would not give us our warranty that had been purchaed in less than 30 days
Not a bad store just bad employe with a bad attitude because she left alone to help cash out customers all by herself, i hope Janelle would take some customers service class or if not satisfied with her job find something else to do. Very por customers service on her part.

Not sure. Had to sign up and pay for membership with automatic renewal next year to avoid shipping. The automatic renewal does not appeal to me at all. Might renew, but should be MY choice? This is unfair.
