My child’s fathers Entire apartment has mold I have a leaking ceiling have called so many times no answer! I have asked them to fix issues due to dad working not able to call they have done nothing today is it we have contacted a lawyer and have proof of all these things no one has fixed even with a work order my 1yr old is seriously sick due to the mold because he already is on a breathing machine. This place needs to be shut down hopefully these lawyers catch there attention

My AC broke and a man named Guillermo came by and fixed it promptly once the parts were acquired by the complex.

THE ENTIRE COMPLEX IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL! BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY WAKING LIFE! THEY HAVE TO HAVE PEOPLE WRITE FAKE REVIEWS SO IT WONT LOOK AS BAD. If you’re looking for ghetto, this is the place for you. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We signed a 13 month lease without actually looking at the place, and that was the worst mistake I did. We were promised tiled floors, and it was nothing what we expected. On top of that, apartment has no microwave as well. What complex does that. My girlfriend was traumatized into living there ON THE DAY OF move in. A homeless man was trying to break in to the neighbors and our apartment right in front of her own eyes. We are paying for valet trash and our trash bags stay sitting outside our front door for DAYS.the trash cans OVERFLOW before the week ends causing trash to be spread everywhere in the complex and not only that there is homeless people that roam the area constantly. The mailbox is broken as well, it doesn’t even close. If I had the 3,000$ to break the lease I would. But the only option I have is to stick it out until the lease ends no matter how unsafe we feel

Gunshots all of the time gates broken anybody can just walk in people trying to break into apartments cars with fake tags dont move there

I’ve lived here for entirely too long. There’s constantly new management. It just gets worse. The dumpsters are always overflowing. They don’t answer phone. It’s been broken for months. Not sure how they rent apartments. Go rent anywhere, but not here. It’s ghetto like you’ve never seen.

My people, think carefully before moving to those apartments, I had the terrible experience that they never fixed the leak in my closet, many cockroaches, sometimes shootings, they treated me very badly when I was pregnant and they took my things and one of the workers I was taking care of her and they stole everything from me, my pregnancy papers were the only thing I claimed and no one helped me, no one, the entire administration knew what was happening and didn't help me

Horrible place, there is a chubby lady and a woman with glasses is the manager. They steal. Month by month they go up. The income varies a lot apart. There's a lot. Families without air enduring heat with high temperatures. The apartments. Bad. They're just overdressed. A dangerous place. Always. They walk. With gun. There is no light or security. The worst place to live rent. Apart from the abuse and theft by the administration. They don't pay attention to your complaints

The new maintenance manager I believe his name is Giarmo is absolutely amazing came in to fix a light and fixed issues I’ve been having for a year that the other managers wouldn’t get fixed and checked the doors and filters just to be nice! So great and friendly 10 stars to him!

Sorry but, I have yet to receive refund for fees. It's been over 90 days. I will give new management a chance to get it right! Stay tuned.

I honestly don’t recommend moving hear if you don’t have too right away.it’s starting to get bad I hear sirens all the time.random arguments during day and night.they need to make this an acces control there’s also bumbs that enter by the exit gate and that should be closed off. ROACH INFESTATION IS AMONG THE WORST IS DISGUSTING

First thought.was hopeful thinking these apartments would be understanding and work with tenants being they accept broken leases and so forth.thought it would be a great start to work on my rental history. (wishful thinking). I missed one payment and few days later I went to office to pay.and was turned down stating they started the evil process.so instead of helping people.they take whatever money they can from you.then ruin your rental history even more.cold piece man.
Legit the office staff are some of the most incompetent individuals I have ever met.they show up for a check.nothing more nothing less.even though tenant issues may not personably be their problem.they should still be understanding that we LIVE here day in and day out. (more like trapped). So a little respect would be appreciated.
I’ve been here 5 months and haven’t been able to use restroom sink bc of a leak.put in multiple work orders and still nothing.my light above my shower is exposed and hanging by wires and I was told that they don’t fix electrical.ummm ok soooo how about finding someone who does.of course that’s asking for too much.
Yes of course I have to be roommates with the roaches that live here rent free.and deal with the homeless who tried to kick my door in thinking my apartment was vacant.keep in mind I was 7 months pregnant.both pools were closed all summer.and mail? Yeah right might as well pick it up from post office.

Having to pay 1300 for a 1/1 with no washer dryer connections is beyond foolish of me.northgate hills should absolutely be condemned.

They could use some updating although they are comfortable for a 1 person bedroom or a first time renter.
