Northridge Court Apartments, Dallas TX

I'm getting super tired of this place. The laundry facilities are supposed to be open from 10a-10p (as I was told by the leasing office). They have been locked the last couple weekends-my only free days to do laundry.

I've tried to do laundry after work only to find a tenant taking up all three washers (with one out of order).

Their parking is a joke-they constantly have cars that don't belong here and limit where tenants can park. I've had to park in giest2 slots a handful of times because of it, one of which got me towed.

They have only three guest slots inside, which are taken most of the time-my girlfriend can never find a place to park when she visits. I shouldn't have to worry about her getting towed!

They have tenants who fight well into the early hours in the morning, yelling in the halls where voices echo.

Lastly, I've reported whatever cheap paint they use over the shower tiles as peeling and coming off. I reported this several months ago along with a leak, bad electrical outlet, and towel rack coming out of the wall. They fixed all but the peeling paint.

I brought it up a couple weeks ago-still nothing.

And they still insist on jacking your rent up every lease renewal.

The old property managers from when I first moved in were better and only raised my rent by $15. The new owners raised it by $50 and $30 the last couple renewals. Not worth it when you get poor management of property!
