THIS IS A SCAM! This is not a "company" but rather a bait and switch. You call this number and they have a "technician" contact you. The technician failed to show when he said he would citing a broken machine. Once he showed, the job was not only poorly done, but he damaged the carpet throughout the house causing bleach spots and discoloration. I have called repeatedly and been given the run around. Don't be fooled by these other posts boasting great customer service and a warranty. I have received no customer service and never got ANYTHING in writing - no contract for services, no explanation of charges, no guarantee of any kind. "All States Air Duct Pro" is who billed my credit card not "North Shore Floor Care" as such a company doesn't exist. ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE A SCAM JUST LIKE THE COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is clear to me that all of the positive reviews on this page were purchased and are not legitimate. One clue is how they all appeared within the last two to three months. These people take advantage of trusting customers. The technician ruined my carpet and has refused to speak to me regarding the damage. Any mention of a "guarantee" is a lie. Not only was I not provided any 1 year warranty or guarantee, I can't even get a return call. Please do yourself a favor and call an actual company that seeks to provide customers with a quality service at a reasonable price. This is just a con game meant to out right steal money. Please don't be their next victim.
