Northview Splashpad reviews
14It’s small enough that kids play together and seating for parents. Far enough from busy streets.
Great free place to have some fun with smaller kids. Absolutely one of the best uses of our tax dollars.
First time here. It’s under construction a bit in front of the restrooms. It’s a cute little park. The restrooms are gross and dirty. They do have a changing table inside the restrooms. The splash pad wasn’t turned on since we’re not in season. Saw people sitting in their cars while their kids played so they weren’t really watching them. It had a good selection of things for the kids to play on. The ground was a fake grass foam type so it was soft just in case the kids fall, they wouldn’t hurt themselves. Overall an okay park.
It's a place where everyone no matter race, age, gender or vegans can go and have a great time with thier family and interact with other family's. This place is for all ages and is one of the best kept secrets in U. C. I would like to thank the park manager and staff who service the park and assisted myself with the installation of the partition gates. This place will really surprise you if only I was a kid again.hahaha
Love this place! Very clean I recommend it to everyone who wants to have some fun with out wasting a whole ton of money at a water park. This is just perfect! For the kiddos
It was a nice place you can take your kids or even adults to get wet when it's hot outside. It even has a park area with long slides and small slides, swings, jungle gym, and merry go round. Great place!
Such a nice community activity available for free! We love to come and play here. Only wish people would stop throwing their gum on the splash pad where kids are playing: (
It was nice the kids loved it The bees were badd around the trash can Which could be dangerous to some people the worker there did Change the trash bag out but the bees were still swarming There was a little Odor on the fake grass under the shade so the bees were there as well but the kids enjoyed it it was nice and refreshing
Excellent place to take the littles. Two playground areas and a nice sized splash pad with a water dumping pail that fills up and spills over periodically. Bring your own chairs and umbrellas because there are not many places to sit. There are two covered areas where you can lay out a picnic blanket or chairs. There is also a see-saw and a merry-go-round. Public restrooms. Also, for the walkers or runners there is a paved track all the way around the park.
The splash pad is a lot of fun, very clean and a great way to cool down! I wish there were more shaded areas for kiddos when they are sitting out for a bit.
Just need fencing all the way around so the little ones can not slip out. And a cleaner bathroom and for the fake grass, some how to smell better not like urine.
I like how they have different play areas for age groups. Slash area is nice! Overall, very clean, well maintained park with restrooms.
Awesome sometimes you even get Rainbows. Just go. The ground between around play areas is soft astroturf type grass with padding. Touch the sensors to make the water shoot if it's not. When the container in center fills it flips over dumping a huge burst of water out onto the pad area. AWESOMENESS. Have fun.
Pretty cool set up, but very little shade. They have fake grass that gets even hotter than the concrete. The fake grass also smelled of urine. It made me wonder if they clean it regularly. It would have been better with just concrete for sanitary purposes.
