Staff is very pleasant and understanding; even after we had a misunderstanding that was more on my part than theirs a fews weeks back

Gloria in the WIC department is such a sweetheart! Thank you for always being so kind to the new and expecting mothers.

We went there to get both of our Covid boosters. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. Will hopefully get new vaccine here.

Rude staff, some seemed like they don’t want to work. Came in as a walk in, was told they are appointment only. We made an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours.

I went last week and it was closed, there is no answer by phone, does anyone know what is happening, if they have vaccines?

Went this morning, was in and out in 30 minutes for my 2 boys to get a flu shot. I got a appointment last week. Staff was very friendly and understanding. 5 from me.

I went for some immunizations and they were as helpful as they could be! I was unemployed and needed shots to go to school to get a job. There were a lot of folks waiting but it was for two or three different programs. I figured I got paid. 25$ an hour to sit and wait! In other wordsThe cost of the immunizations saved was worth it! Thank you Tarrant Co health department!

Ridiculous I have been waiting for 3 hours. I was the 5th one since it opened at 8 am and they say on the the recording first come first serve but are not even going in order people are going before me that have came way after, go to the front desk to see what's going on and in what order and she says she doesn't know!
