Nothing Bundt Cakes, Houston TX

I’ve tried a few of the cake flavors and they have all been great. My favorite is the marble. I recently got a small cake and ate it two days later. It was still so incredibly flavorful and moist! Personally I find the icing good but very sweet, and the cakes are delicious. There is a good amount of parking at this location, although it does get busy. The store was very clean, all the cakes on display looked beautiful and tasty. I only interacted with one employee, and the young man was very friendly and helpful.

The workers working the counter were very nice but the older white lady in the back was rude to my husband and made him feel uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be back to this location. Our business will be taken to another location.

And just now going through the reviews it’s sad to see we are not the only ones who felt discriminated against cause we weren’t a certain color. Sad that this is still going on with no change.

Been here a few times if we are in the area and wanted to get something for a event or celebration. Helpful and nice folks. Never a bad day or product. Solid stuff!

Was literally 20 mins away from the place, already headed there needed a order done ASAP for my wife’s surprise birthday in a few hours, and they wouldn’t let me pay at pick up for a order I was 100% positive I wanted & desperately needed done by time I walked thru their doors that I was already on the way to as I spoke to the employee taking my order, that’s not fair or being mindful of all potential customers & payment methods to come in the future, definitely disappointed with the company, hopes were up for nothing now I have to continue riding to find a cake, Thanks a lot “Nothing Bundt Cakes” really helpful

If I could give zero stars I would. I had ordered a birthday cake and it had a hair in it! I threw it away Not taking any chances due to c0vid19 and called the store to have this reimbursed. They refused to do so because they stated thy did not believe me. The staff seemed so nonchalant about the situation. An employee by the name of Jessica kept saying “I understand” but clearly did not by the way it sounded like over the phone she clearly did not care. Considering that we are in the midst of a pandemic you would think they would take extra precautions to prevent things like this from happening. Never again buying here. You are putting people at HUGE risk as the virus can live on hair as well! I will report this. Sad to see thousands of Americans out of work but people like these still have a job!? ! Incredible.

Closed the day after Christmas during business hours. Very disappointed. My family traveled to visit

We’ve been ordering the buntinis for our resident holiday party (200 person event) from this location since they opened. This year they refused to package them by flavor since I came in today, December 9th which is their new cut off date for custom orders in December. So disappointed that I have to drive further out to get my order. Will no longer do business with this location.

I would give this particular store located at Centre at Post Oak 4 or maybe even 5 stars if it weren't for the manager there. She is incredibly rude and really gives off that racist vibe. Could it be how polite and customer focus she was with the white lady that was there while she spoke to me in a cynical and less then caring manner or perhaps that every time I go there and she is there she just will NOT greet me? The one time she strained to give me a half hearted, forced smile was when the owner of this location walked in at that time. I once had a quality issue with a large cake that I'd bought, brought it to their attention and neither one of them even attempted to make it right. Not even a fake "I'm sorry". Further is that when that manager is there I've noticed the other employees are not as relaxed and engaging as they usually are (they're all minorities except for one that I know of). To my neighbors that are of ethnic heritage, save your money and just go a little further down Westheimer to Sprinkles Cupcakes. They're always friendly and have an awesome rewards program unlike the ripe off I just experienced with "buy 4 Bundlets and get the bag for $2.00" when normally the bag is $4.99 and you can buy two and get one free.

As I was halfway through enjoying a perfectly delicious carrot cake cupcake with my toddler, I found a live bug in it.needless to say, I threw the rest out and completely ruined it for me. I won’t be coming back for a long while after this:/

We just bought cakes from here and one of the cakes had a hair in it. We called the place and the employee said that we would need to send email evidence. How can you show a thin hair in vanilla cake. The employee over the phone wasn’t even concerned about our issue and sounded like she didn’t care about our inconvenience.

Love this boutique style eatery. The cakes are so delicious and the service is really quick. Strawberry flavor is the best!

It was my daughters b day and she was sent a coupon from nothing bundt cakes and they said she needed an I’d when we arrived but the coupon stated you need to show the coupon or print it. I gave her my id and she stated no she couldn’t take it what 13 yr old has a I’d? Bad service my daughter ended up paying for it! Happy b day to her thanks for making her unhappy!

I got a free Buntlet for my birthday, it was amazing! I have tried almost all the flavors and they are all great! Thank you for helping make my birthday special!

Went for the first time. Store couldn’t provide spoons and napkins to enjoy the cake there itself.

I love this place and the bundlets are always a great cheer me up treat or to give as a delicious gift.
