Nothing Bundt Cakes, Dallas TX

Pretty disappointed. I go to anything Bundt cakes in Frisco all the time. Not to sure if I’m just used to their customer service but this locations customer service sucked. Of course the cakes are great but avoid this location unless you want attitude, aggression, and no greeting.

They were legit out of 5 bundtlet flavors. Any other Nothing Bundt Cakes is prepared for the weekend and are always in stock of all flavors. One lady while I was waiting outside was calling for her curbside order and no one answered the phone. Get more staff and try to be more prepared for a regular non-holiday weekend.

I absolutely LOVE their cakes! They are always fresh and topped with the best cream cheese icing ever Employees are always very friendly No complaints here!

Best cake shop ever! The mini bunts are perfectly sized for two servings, for me anyway, my kids ate the whole thing in one go! Great flavor and the absolute nicest cashier ever!

I love the vanilla. Best vanilla cake in town! A little too much frosting, but who’s complaining! It’s just delicious!

We have never experienced bad service from nothing budt cakes until we purchased at this location. The young lady by the name of Alex was not only rude but disrespectful. Forgot or Knot picks up cake, balloons and deliver a personalized video message while our camera crew records every reaction of the recipient. On today we decided to visit this location in which we met Nasty Alex where her attitude reflected badly on Nothing Budt Cakes Brand. I would recommend strongly to visit a different location to avoid toxic and hostile environment.

The cakes sold here are really good but the customer service not so much. I stopped by a few days ago and the cashier seemed like she did not want to be there. When I got to the counter she said how can I help you with with the most unwelcoming voice/face, not even a greeting. If the staff could be a bit friendlier that would nice.

We always have a nice encounter with the workers and they are kind I think the only bad thing is that they only have certain cakes ready to go but 10 min is worth waiting for like confetti flavor amazing

Lovely staff, interior decor, and of course cakes. Everyone wears masks. Not much to say about NBC, your really in and out.

Will not go here again sold me a dozen of cup cakes sealed box and put them on the floor of my car so would not move around. Got home later they were all hanging over frosting etc when my mom opened them for her birthday. Lady there said they'd be fine wasnt hot or anything so not sure what happened but in my opinion it definitely made me think this place is over rated.

I’m not the type to complain at all, however, I went the other day with my mom and the 2 ladies in the counter were very rude, idk it seemed like they really didn’t want to be there it was awkward and disappointing they made us feel so unwelcome, at the point I just wanted to get out of there!

Delicious. This was a treat day for our fantastic neighbor. Gotta keep him happy. Lemon bunt cake. It's his favorite thing.
