Very good service, they repaired my AC, it turned out very well and above all, they were honest and I liked the prices because they give you an exact quote for your expiration, very good service, 100% recommended

Terrible. I had a new AC unit installed in 2019 when Salvador had just started his company, I was happy with their service till recently. In September, 2023 my blower motor broke down and was still under warranty, Hector, the technician gave me two options:
1. Wait 2 months for the blower to come in because the warranty part was on back order.
2. Buy a new blower motor if I didn’t want to wait 2 months. I asked him that if I bought a new blower motor I would be able to get some kind of credit, he said “no”.
These options did not sound right, It seemed like Nova was not interested in ordering the part that they had originally installed, Instead, they wanted to make big bucks in a new unit. I had another company ordered the blower motor from Austin and had it installed within 1 week.
Nova, just sent me a message 1 week ago informing me that blower had just arrived and now they sent me a bill for diagnostics. They are ridiculous, if they had done their job and tried to order the part from another store I would honor this ridiculous bill, but I refuse to pay when they didn’t deliver.

Nova is the BEST! I used this company to put in two new HVAC systems and to do my service maintenance. I never have to worry about being with heat or AC. Hector is my maintenance technician and is an expert in his field and also very nice. Their prices best everyone in the industry. I give this company a platinum rating! They are the BEST!

Had them install and outside and inside unit. Had it done same day. Had a leak issue after and they came and fixed it. Great customer service.

Prompt & professional. They quoted me the best price (called 4 different companies), didn’t try to oversell, and replaced my entire system (with ductwork) a lot faster than expected. Highly recommended.

EDIT*** Had to call in again as the ac stopped working a month after instillation. Little did i remember, warranty for some parts are only for 31 days according to Hector. When Hector got there he was patient and while he didnt fix anything he gave me knowledge that may help the whole issue. 5 stars stand. Thanks.

AC went out in the middle of the night. Called Nova at 730 to get on the schedule and had a tech (Hector) at my home by 10 am. Explained what I noticed and Hector went directly to the problem and had me up and running in 10 minutes. This was a great experience. Hector was very respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick! I recommend Nova Air!

A/C went out on a 106degree day. Called NOVA on the referral of my neighbor. Technicians were out to diagnose the problem and NOVA had the new unit w the next day. Technicians worked tirelessly outside in 106 degrees and in the attic at 135-140 degrees. Highly recommended.

Great service from Nova Air. The tune up was done quickly and they refilled my refrigerant for a great price.

This is the third time we have had Nova out for service. Hector was the technician on our call today and as with all of our visits from Nova we were very satisfied. We just picked them out online the first time we called because they were local. We had used the big name companies in the past and we were always suspicious of what we were told and they were always expensive. We have really gained trust in Nova and feel the pricing is honest and reasonable. Until we learn different they are the company we will always call. I would highly recommend Nova!
